Comfortable, strong, good quality works perfectly

Purchased for my wife. I don't know how they can make any money from an ebike of this quality at a 1k price point. It came with the professional grade assembly tools and even a small bottle of touch up paint. The bike looks and feels quality built. Nice paint, sold feeling frame, great braking, impressive suspension, smooth ride. I've never really needed instructions on how to put things like this together and I think for most mechanically inclined people also won't need it. In saying that the instructions are a 6/10 for the not so mechanically inclined. Tip: Be sure to cute the packing strap that is compressing the front brake lever before trying to install the front wheel. The max speed I was able to get it to was 20mph there may be a way to unlock this in the instructions but this is the way it comes stock. For my wife it's plenty fast enough. One minor issue is the seat isn't comfortable but that can easily be changed. The more major issue is the assisted speed setting. Level 1 is roughly 7mph lvl 2 is almost 14mph and there are 5 levels. For my wife lvl 1 is a little too slow and level 2 is way too fast (for her) The company needs to adjust this. She still likes it and has no desire to return it. It's something adjust to. Overall I'll give it a 8.5 out of 10. -1.5 Mainly over the big gap in speeds via assisted peddling modes.

This e-bike has no real throttle control. It is unstable in gravel terrain for an inexperienced rider. It's heavy and hard to maneuver. As an inexperienced rider, I fell several times at slow speeds. The last fall was into lava rocks. I ended up in the ER with a partially amputated pinky, multiple cuts, and scrapes. The hospital finished the amputation along with over 12 stitches on both hands and my knee. I will be downsizing bikes.

Change this review to 1 stars Because of the problems i'm having with this bike now only after three months, but it Can hold two people rear seat is max 100bl for safety reasons so you won't pop wheelies with rider on back and flip the bike over. The bike and itself is well made, but the motor is very Shorty. I'm on my second one and asking for a third one. Because the second one is just as defective as the first, but with different problems. The first motor like I said on the video is the slipping of those magnets And for the second motor the flywheel Cassette whatever you want to call it Has a wobble and The whole wheel makes this ticking sound without the chain Or rotor on. And good luck with the Randomly wanting to contact you when it's beneficial for them customer support.

This bike is absolutely beautiful and works great! But it’s just to heavy for my little wife. The only thing that didn’t work was the horn. Very strong, runs like a moped. Update; this seller approved for us to return the bike, I boxed it up but was never able to get it picked up. I even got my grandson to load it up and take to a local ups/fedx but still unable to get the proper return label. We called Amazon still no response. All I can say is this is a great bike but I thought you were able to test for so many days. Anyway it’s my fourth bike and my last I’ll be removing this apt as soon as the things I’ve already ordered come in. Dwight

Love it. Plenty of power, fast enough to get your attention (without hacking the controller), climbs hills as good as I'd hoped it would. Handles great, nice and steady, but the seat isn't the most comfortable . . . Just picked up a nice cushy wide seat and it made a world of difference. Overall I'm [pleased and would buy a second one for my wife if they made a smaller 16-inch version . . .

The bike would not charge after one use. It has taken over 6 months and I still have not received my refund. I have been battling for my refund weekly. Worst experience I have ever dealt with through an Amazon transaction.

Can anyone explain how to set pedals to engage the motor faster I own one of this bikes but it take like 3 sircles to get a mottor to engage I Thank you in advance?
