Review: Great practical book - Despite focusing Experience Design by a mapping perspective, the book is quite successful in discussing and exemplifying the perspectives that shall be taken into consideration by redesign teams to make the best possible use of diagrams. Very good book! Review: Very useful for service design - It is easy to read and very thorough. Even if you are an experienced professional,it is an excellent book to be used as reference. It profides definitions, examples and methods to put your work in practice.

but not terrible eighter. There are better books on User Experience ...
It's not a badly written book, but the list of maps is not comprehensive, and most of them are not original. It's also not very well written, but not terrible eighter. There are better books on User Experience Maps, so if you want to buy just one book, you can find a better one. Still, it's not a terrible choice. I would say it's an average book with an average score.
