Ok so, I have been using this computer for over a year now almost 2, it has been a great computer, I stream daily for 5 hours a day every day and it has held up on what I expected, everything works perfect, except the only issue I have had is the USB ports some of them don't work. They did at first, but 3 months in they stopped working, but work intermittently now. sometimes I have to, reboot the computer because it doesnt go past the splash screen at start up. But other than that, it is one of the best computers and well worth it if you are on a budget. I honestly really do love this computer. It's a great starter. I recommend it.

I'm writing this review on this PC that I just got in the mail. Fast shipping and the packaging was wonderful. This is the first company I've seen put safety precautions inside of the computer such as Styrofoam. Fast gaming pc, works on arrival and I haven't seen any problems with it. Will recommend EDIT: after a couple of days of using the PC, there has been random freezing that only can be fixed by shutting down. Looking at the motherboard the DIMM3 red light is on for the ram meaning the third slot ram stick is either faulty or wrongly placed, after doing some investigative work on a PC and re-inserting the ram it seems like one of the clamps for the third ram slot has trouble holding and clamping. Outside of that there isn’t that many issues I will have to go to the shop to see what’s wrong with the motherboard ram slots. I will also place the ram stick on another slot to see if it’s the ram stick or the clamps on the ram stick slot EDIT 2: Did more technical work and found out that there is an issue with the DIMM3 Ram Slot (3rd Ram slot) on the motherboard. I removed the 1st and 3rd ram sticks from the motherboard and the red light disappeared. I then used the remaining ram sticks and inserted them into the 1st and 3rd ram slots and then the red light reappeared. The motherboard came in with a faulty ram slot. I've contacted the seller in hopes of a replacement PC being sent. Will update on if I have any luck with that, until I get a resolution on the matter, my review score will be at 2 stars.

Great computer have had for 6 months and haven't noticed any lagging. Running multiple programs and gaming. Was easy to set up.

Alright so ive had it for 18 days now an it works solid. Ive played games like Ark Survival Evolved, Rust, God of War, Rainbow Six Siege, Killing Floor 2, Far Cry 3 and Far Cry5 with ZERO performance issues. But here some problems to expect. The WiFi adapter they send will not work it constantly will disconnect you from your internet your gonna need a new one. Second this one kinda just personal preference the keyboard sucks its big the keys are a lil funky an I just dont like it. Third the door on the one that I received sticks an I have to lift up on it to get it open. there was definitely more problems I had with this PC but I had a stroke back in July so I have a hard time with my memory when I tried posting a review 8 days ago the denied it because I made fun of the PC community which im still going to do in this review ill keep it more tame I guess. Now do I think it worth the 600 dollars.. Yeah id say its a pretty fair price for what your getting. The problem I have with the PC community is they'll tell this thing wont even work its going to blow up an explode when you plug it in an not because thats true it just because its a 600 amazon pre-build that lets you play with them on there $6,000 custom PC that there mom bought for them dont let them scare you out of ballin onna budget because there usually just spoiled brat with no sense of what a dollar is or how hard it can be to actually earn one

Computer came nicely packed, double boxed. I carefully unpacked it and read all the direction, and watched the video before setting it up. I have been running Subnautica on it for a few days with no issues. I am having an issue with the Sound bar, it can run off battery power, for a day, I charged it using the cord and when I tried to remove the cord it snapped.I contacted Amazon and they said my only option is to return the whole computer. I already spent a day setting it up and loading my games on it. So I guess I will have to try to buy a replacement cord. Fair warning, connecting cords may be made of softer metal than you are used to. I would also note that while the pretty lights on everything, including a mouse pad are fun, for about 5 minutes, I would have liked to save a few dollars and gone without. I keep the pc in my bedroom and still can't figure out how to turn all the lights off so I can sleep. Of the extras I probably would not have purchased if they did not come with the computer, headphones-love them, sound bar-extra piece of equipment and the cord broke-so no, light up mousepad-definately not-uses extra usb slot and there are not that many on the machine.

It’s decent but the mouse came broken, also idk if it’s me but the ping is weird, most likely me though, but it is good, I would definitely recommend

A friend of mine got this same exact pc so i decided to get it as I needed a computer for school and it worked fine for a month or two then randomly started crashing. Because of this I was unable to do schooling on it (thankfully I have an old laptop). Days after I was unable to return it, it started a never ending boot loop. Also it’s kinda loud but I saw a video of someone else with the same pic and it was quieter. Also 2 of the ram slots are completely dead. I tried months to get it working again, with people that know more about pc’s than I do. I have spent more time researching to fix the pic than time I actually spent using the pc. I really wish I could get a refund after all this time I spent trying to fix this corpse of a computer. I wasted all that money and now I can’t get a refund and have a completely dead pc and being a college student, that money was pretty much most of what I had. Beyond disappointed. Please do not buy this. I thought the bad reviews were in the minority but if you are reading this. This is a sign to not get it.

I read the reviews on this and im sadly disappointed in the people that speak bad about this computer and the company I saw a few ppl saying to look else were and to be honest with you, that should of been the first thing anyone who's buying anything SHOULD DO. I bought this computer LOOKING for a starter build I don't or ever will think that this will be a one time buy for a end all be all if that's what your looking for then your in the wrong place if you looking for a computer to start and then go and replace parts to make it the computer you want it to then this is the best computer to buy you don't have have to spend extra money on a mouse since it comes with one or a keyboard that works fine for a beginner set up. and they thru in a speaker to sweeten the deal cheap or not. I didnt have any of bad things that happened to some of the other customers my wifi worked from the start everything ran smoothly and I haven't had any issues with the computer from the time I booted it up I highly recommend to anyone who's in the marketing for a new computer but is looking for something to start with this is a great option.
