Great Knife, excellent value.
After a disappointing purchase of kitchen knives from Amazon a while back, thought I would try again, scanned the reviews and thought I would try this Shan Zu blade for starters. Wow! This particular knife is so surprisingly sharp, like chalk from cheese compared to those previously purchased. Was suitably impressed to proceed and purchase the Shan Zu three knife set to complete my replacements. Shan Zu knives made with great quality steel and surprisingly good value for money and thoroughly recommended.

Outstanding value.
The handle feels a bit thick (to me) but the blade is thin and light. The steel is pretty good and holds an edge reasonably well. A bit of work with a stone and this knife can be razor sharp. For the price it's a must have utensil. For your first santoku knife you absolutely cannot go wrong. For £25 odd it's insanely good value so it gets 5 stars.

Subito arrivato subito provato. Coltello veramente super taglia benissimo con pochissimo sforzo. Dà anche l'impressione di materiale di prima qualità veramente vale l'acquisto. Solo attento tagliare con attenzione...le dita sono sacre.

I'm very happy with the quality of the knife. It's easy to cut vegetables and meat with it and it just makes cooking more enjoyable. It's worth the money to invest a good knife if you like cooking. Highly recommend! The box makes it look fancy.

Excelente producto, recomiendo altamente — es preferible usarlo con un guante metálico especial para no cortarse porque está muy filoso.
