This has no iron, so you wont be overdosing yourself, if you already have a good diet!
I feel good knowing I am taking a natural product that contains minerals.

If you want to limit the number of pills you take to get all the whole food nutrients your body needs, this is a great product that will give you this. I started out with taking 20 pills to give me the variety my research showed my body needs but when I was told about this product and read what all is in it, I started eliminating one bottle at a time what I was taking. You will still need to take your oils but that is about it!

I prefer to use food derived supplements & this brand fits the bill. I don't get an upset stomach after taking these which is a really good thing. The pricing for this type of supplement can be very expensive but this brand is quite reasonable.
