Great Fountain, Missing Water Level Indicator
I recently purchased the Stainless Steel Cat Water Fountain, and overall, I'm quite pleased. The stainless steel design is sleek, and the 3.2L capacity is perfect for my cat's needs. The water flow is excellent, not any noise and it's easy to clean. My only qualm is the absence of a water level indicator. It would be incredibly helpful to know when it's time to add water without having to guess. Despite this, I still recommend the fountain for its other positive features.

New Update - I took apart the pump from the casing and cleaned the gel which had formed !
6 months!!!! That's the life of this pump. Garbage! New Update - I do sincerely apologize for my previous review. I opened the pump. The nozzle where water is forced out had a gel formed due to the running water. Used toothpicks and tissue to clean the muck and the pump came back to life with the same flow as brand new. I suggest all of you who have had a water flow issue try it.

3 weeks old and pump is broken 😡😡😡
3 weeks old & pump won’t work!! 2 weeks warranty period … 😡😡😡 After cleaning and changing water today - the pump won’t work! Very frustrating— paid 100AED plus bought the spare filters & pump is broken and I can’t use it!
