The dimensions are good, so if the material it's made out of is good, it should work. The only critical dimension is the bore, and one checked at 0.629" to easily fit a 0.625 (5/8") shaft. They lost a star for not stating the country of origin.

Snug and quality Locked the wheels in
This item is exactly what I needed. I had a dolly/ hand truck that I place new wheels on. The wheels kept braking the locking washer. These are heavy duty and don’t brake easily. The measurements very accurate.
