It’s a decent reel but I keep having issues with the bail closing on me while casting and it gets pretty annoying. I also have issues with the drag screw getting loose on me after a few casts which isn’t good. I’ve hooked a fish and then have no drag against it because it’s backed off. Also its uncomfortable in between my finger but it does have smooth action.

For the price I love this thing. It looks great, it feels sturdy and has a good weight to it. It holds a bunch of line I personally put pretty thick braid and it handles it well. It’s simple and works just like any other reel but feels more like a high end one. For how cheap this is I could never tell you blindly. Caught this lobster on it lol 😂

Great product, good price, but could be a bit smoother with a load while engaging the drag.

So far after one trip with it to the bay and I think I love it . I rinsed it with fresh water and lightly oiled it after the trip and we will see how long it keeps up . I have good feelings about this reel it’s a little bit loose on the gears otherwise I would’ve given it 5 stars . Smooth cast and pairs great with a 7.5 ft-8ft rod . Oh and the drag is great.
