I recently got into the sourdough craze and watched a ton of videos. Every single one raved about this specific Danish dough whisk, calling it the "best whisk ever." Naturally, I had to grab one, and seriously, the hype is real! It truly is the best. Mixing sourdough with a regular spoon or whisk used to be such a hassle—dough clumps everywhere. Outstanding blend. This makes baking so easy. I have abandoned my wisks and have been using forks to blend. My friend's mother had me over to make biscotti and had this. I bought my own immediately. A fraction of the price but just as good quality as top name flour brands Whisks

This is my new favorite sourdough tool. I’ve had 3 others but this one is the easiest to clean after a good mix, which is so important. It does a good job mixing the sourdough as well and I find it takes a little less time than with other tools. I also prefer the non-wood handle as that was hard to clean when the sourdough bits dried to it and I could not walk the wood. I really like this tool and recommend it.

Incorporates everything together nicely and seems to be well made. I give it four stars though because the little nooks and crannies where the wire comes together is hard to get clean.

I love this whisk! I bought it to replace a wooden handle one I had because I couldn't get the wooden handle completely cleaned and was worried about mold. No worries with this one!
