GREAT REMOTE!! So easy to connect! Great for the price too!
This is the BEST product!! It is sooo simple to connect to your TV and the buttons are so comfortable and easy to use because the buttons are in the right place and work like a normal remote should. It was also so inexpensive!! I use 2 on the same TV and the other one is more expensive and much bigger but the buttons aren’t coordinated well. This one is GREAT for the price and GREAT to connect and GREAT to use!!

Cannot be reset. Lasted 2 months.
Worked great for two months and then reset itself. Other reviews said this as well, but I thought I could simply reset it. It seems it cannot be reset with the provided codes which is upsetting. Oh well.

Takes a minute…but works
The amount of debate that my husband and I share when it comes time to reprogram this remote because the cat has pushed the buttons and reset it 🤣. You have to press the power button and the mute button at the same time, then the mute button again and the remote will start to cycle through it’s preprogrammed codes. You must continue to watch the screen until the volume indicator flashes at which time you need to press the mute button on more time to set the program. You can test this by pressing the volume button. If you miss the code, you must start the process all over again. It’s a pain in the butt, but it does work
