Over the years i've tried many different digestive enzymes and a wide range of natural health supplements to improve my digestion which mixed results, so i was really pleasantly surprised when these digestive enzymes actually lived up to the very positive reviews i'd read and so far although i've only been taking them as required for a few weeks, i've definately noticed a big improvement in my digestion and a noticable reduction in uncomfortable bloating when i take them with/straight after foods that would normally trigger discomfort, so i've already ordered another bottle for when the first runs out! Definately recomended and i feel the price is reasonable considering the quality and effectiveness of the product but obviously what works for one person may not necessarily work for another person but i feel the combination of enzymes and herbs makes this product extra effective atleast in my experience of using it.

I’m peri menopausal and find my digestion is sluggish at times. I take one of these with a big meal and I digest my food so much better. I give one to my husband in the middle of his meal to ward off heart burn. Totally does the trick because food is being digested quicker and not sitting in the stomach causing acid to go up the oesophagus.

I get reflux and these have helped so much have stopped the medication

They are maybe good , but after two weeks of using them I had to stop it for painful anus . Maybe my digestive enzyme are too strong now. I do not know.

I've been using these for some time now. Excellent value for money. Quality ingredients. I had them originally to ease gallstone symptoms. Now it's been removed, these are still helping. I'd definitely recommend them.
