I LOVE this nightgown! Let me start by saying that I am 5'4" and 385 pounds, apple shaped (not proud of it but I know how much I appreciate these stats in reviews when I'm trying to figure out what size to buy.) I got the 5x and it fits beautifully! It's also not too short...it's long enough that you don't need pants or shorts underneath. The material is soft and comfortable, not too heavy or too thin, washes well, and it didn't shrink in the wash. The only issue I found is a very small one...the actual color of this one is more of a soft peach than a true pink but that's fine with me. After the first night I immediately ordered another one and will probably get more, they're perfect and there are so many cute patterns!

This nightgown is just what I was looking for. Though it isn't 100% cotton like I prefer, it is light and keeps me cool. I got the black with colorful butterflies and it's bright, fun and pretty. As for the fit, I think ordering up a size is prudent. I did and am glad I did so. If you have bigger arms like I do, they should do fine with this night shirt. I'm an apple shape and it doesn't cling in all the wrong places. I really like that the neck is low-ish as I don't like things right up against the front of my neck. It definitely isn't too low, though, so don't worry about that. I wash this in cold water and hang to dry and it hasn't shrunk. The colors are still vibrant. It comes down to my knees and I'm 5'5". Definitely covers what I want covered. It's comfortable to wear and is soft. Feels great on my skin. This nightgown fulfills its function well and I really like it. I just loved this nightgown print with the dogs! It is even cuter in person. I ordered my normal size and it was a bit tighter/shorter than I prefer but still comfortable and will get lots of wear. Material is soft but not that stretchy. I am normally between L-XL and 5'9". I ordered a Large but I might have gone up a size to make it feel roomier. Still a very flattering fit, I just normally prefer nightgowns to be a bit looser. The material has not stretched out or shrunk in the wash.

Soft and comfy. Material is nice and thin so I don’t get too hot (but not too thin). I normally wear a XL but with this nightgown, I fit best into a L.

I ordered what I expected to be way too big and it is tight. It will stretch but be advised order at least one size up, in my case, I should've ordered 2 sizes up, if possible. The fabric is stretchy enough. Material is light and very wash and wear. Could easily wash and hang dry. I do not recommend putting it in the dryer as it will shrink down. Only do that if yours is too big. I think, based on the reviews here and what Amazon reports from buyer comments, you either get it and it fits great or it's too small. This is very much a summer fabric. Don't buy for staying warm. Breathes great but I don't believe it's too thin or see through. Wear pants and or a robe if you're worried about that. Cute designs. I'm ordering 3 more. Also, everything should always be washed first but as an FYI, there is a mild cooking oil type smell. Could do with a freshening up with Febreeze (if you need to wear it right away) or just wash it in your favorite detergent. Barely detectable. I planted my face in it, is how I noticed it. Not a deal breaker at all. Most clothes out of the package smell like something. The package is reusable as a vinyl resealable pouch. Could recycle it too. You'll love it for the very affordable price. They're not even paying me to say that.
