Black teas are the most oxidized(aged) of all tea. They undergo every step of tea processing from plucking, withering, rolling, oxidation, and drying. In this, oxidation is a significant step as this is where the flavor of the tea is built.

What is the shelf life of these teas?

Tea leaves are known to remain fresh when stored under controlled atmospheric conditions. All our single-estate teas can be consumed before 24 months. This may vary depending on the tea, please refer to your packaging for the same.

Where do we procure our teas from?

We procure teas directly from different Indian tea estates. We have stringent quality parameters in place to ensure we procure only the finest high-grade premium teas from these gardens.

How long should we steep these teas?

Each tea has its own steeping instructions. Please refer to the individual tea’s steeping instructions. Our team ensures that you get the right water temperature, steeping time, and the no. of steeps in each tea for a better tea experience

Plastic/Nylon teabags?

I love the tea! It’s freshness and flavor. My only real complaint is the teabag... it appears to be made if nylon/plastic. I just felt guilty with every cup and I couldn’t compost the bag after use. I probably won’t buy again based on that environmently unfriendly fact alone.

A very nice blend of Earl Grey. The flavour of bergamot is slightly milder than traditional blends. It has an amazing mouthfeel and freshness of the tea is exceptional compared to other available market blends. A very premium tea and definitely recommended to an Earl Grey fanatic.

Hello! So ordered this tea after browsing quite a bit. The problem was that my usual brand, Tetley was out of stock. So, I ordered this one as a bit of a luxury experience. The packing and packaging are both of high quality. The teabags themselves are made up of very high quality muslin cloth and are filled with long leaf loose. The instructions are printed on the plastic cover as well. Coming to the tea, the colour looks fantastic. However, the citrusy smell and taste are lacking as compared to tea from Tetley and Twinnings. Go for this tea if you just want to treat yourself or if you want a milder variant of Earl Grey
