This is a good quality product. It isxweell packaged and delivery was prompt. It is easy to use, sprinkle on food etc. The sunflower seed lecithin is much more palatable than the soy Unlike some lecithin products it has not upset my stomach. I will order again

I've been ordering this De-oiled Sunflower Lecithin Powder from Hellenia for over a year now. The product has been consistently good and the service from Hellenia has been faultless. They have a huge range of health supplements which appear to be good value for money.

Not quite as free flowing as other sunflower lecithin
I had previously used another sunflower lecithin,sold as a food additive,which was good, but bought this as it was cheaper. Its very similar, but slightly less free flowing. There are some tiny lumps in this one, not many and can be pressed out. It's easy to take, tastes ok and is hopefully helping reduce cholesterol like the other one did.
