Best Supplement I have taken. My overall health and energy is much better. My hair was shedding at an incredible rate. I started to take these supplements and within about 60 days my shedding was gone and I had nice thick new hair growth. I’ve also had several people tell me that my skin looks clear and actually thought I had work done (as in cosmetic - and no I have not), my eyes are clear and bright And instead of just taking multivitamins, this is from the actual source of what we should be consuming as humans not synthesized laboratory junk. I’m sold on this product and will continue to order and have had several friends, ask me what I’ve done different lately at the gym and I’ve said nothing but just changed what I consume and that is beef organ complex and no, I’m not paid to write this review

After having a beef organ supplement shoved down my throat on all social media outlets (you know the one) I decided to do a little research. I wanted the “women’s” version of this product but when I ordered it was out of stock, so I figured I’d give this one a shot. Compared to the one that comes one pretty bag and a pretty little container to put them in… this was WAY more bang for the buck! I have noticed more energy and feel better than I have in quite a while. I’ve noticed no negative effects and I’m super sensitive to things. I started by taking 2 then 3, now I am up to 4 (over the course of about a week). While I have not tried the fancy one that claims to be a miracle pill for everything female related under the sun… I’m not convinced such a product exists.. and for that price I’m not even willing to try. But when I find a good company offering a solid product at a reasonable price, they get my vote every time. ❤️ if you want something shiny, mod podge and glitter the bottle 🤷‍♀️ because just like with people, it’s what’s inside that counts 😜

I had been using another beef organ supplement (PQ), but was inundated & overwhelmed by their aggressive marketing and subscription, and I am super happy with this one. It's much more affordable and very high quality

This beef organ supplement from New Zealand seems very high quality and includes a good mix of organs like liver and heart. I like that it’s grass-fed and sourced responsibly, which gives me confidence in the product. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the taste is a bit strong and not very pleasant if taken directly. That said, it’s effective and easy to incorporate into smoothies or capsules. Overall, a solid supplement for anyone looking to add organ nutrients to their diet.

For context: I’m of “childbearing age” and have low iron levels. That combined with hormonal issues (stupid thyroid) means that I’m always tired. I’ve had 2 EDs in the past and have never had good nutrition on a regular basis. All of this is why I wanted to try this supplement out. Looked into meat organs and they have some benefits with hormones, but don’t want to eat them, so this is a good alternative. Almost bought a very viral supplement similar to this, but ultimately wanted this brand because it seemed more cost effective. I’ll be updating this for the next few weeks to see what happens. Unfortunately have to space this out between all of the other stuff I take so there’s no chance of any interactions. So far so good though. Day 1: sort of noticed a difference in energy, too early to tell for the rest. Took it around 7/8pm. Slept well and wasn’t as fatigued in the morning despite going to bed late. Day 2: definitely noticed a difference in energy (thanks vitamin B12!). I had super strong coffee that I sipped on for 5 hours and it didn’t do much for me today, but this is keeping me alert. Took the first one around 12pm. Took 2nd one around 4pm. Curious to see how long the energy lasts. Had enough energy from it to get through my 5am workout without needing creatine or preworkout. Day 3: noticing a difference in energy still. Trying to space out the pills by a few hours. Kind of hard for me to gauge the energy portion of this supplement overall because my semaglutide makes me feel fatigued. Days 4-7: felt around the same, but still more energy. Days 7+: still taking these consistently and I HAVE NO MORE FATIGUE. Haven’t felt this great in years. Absolutely will be repurchasing these in the future. Curious to see what my iron looks like after taking these UPDATE: I’ve been on these for almost a month now and feel so much better! My energy is better than it ever has been before. Periods are lighter, and I can make it though the entire day without any caffeine if I want to. Can’t wait to see what my blood test results look like after I see my doctor. Another update: Officially been on this for a month and my skin looks better. It wasn’t particularly a concern going into taking this, but it seems like my face doesn’t break out as often as it had previously, assuming I drink enough water too. I’m still using the same skincare stuff, so pretty happy about that. My energy is pretty good still, unless I don’t get a good night’s sleep. But I still haven’t had a lot of coffee/caffeine pills/energy drinks since taking this like I used to in order to get through the day. UPDATE: It has been almost 2 months that I’ve been on these supplements. I feel so much better! It could also be from not eating poorly all of the time too. But my energy levels haven’t been this good in I don’t know how long. Also got my bloodwork results back from my doctor and vitamin D has finally improved. Can’t say anything about iron levels, but I’m guessing it’s better because that time of the month has been better too. Can make it through a whole day without caffeine if I want to and I’m excited to see how things will improve on these supplements. Also, my hair hasn’t been falling out as much! This was an issue I had with hypothyroidism and taking levothyroxine. Curious to see how much it’ll help over time. 6 MONTH UPDATE: Still taking these and still love them! Got results from my doc back and my iron levels haven’t been this good since before I started menstruating. I tried doing iron supplements, but it never worked. Even tried the iron fish thing and I hated that, so I knew I needed a better option. Looks like I’m taking these forever since they work!

These didn’t really seem to help with much of anything I noticed after taking them for about a month. My energy levels feel the same, everything else seems the same, my nails are still brittle. But mostly they smell like literal rotting flesh… I suppose they are organs but… idk I feel like they shouldn’t smell like expired spoiled meat.

My digestion and overall aging body feels better. My anemic child has also been feeling much better and is not getting lower levels like she was prior to taking these.

I think this was my 3rd bottle. Top benefits for me have been increased energy and hair regrowth. I am a 46 year old female that had a complete hysterectomy at 26. HRT isnt an option for me. Hair loss was a massive struggle despite having hair to my waist - it was thinning terribly! My fivehead is back to forehead 😂 the hair growth is CRAZY. My hair is thicker than it’s been in years! It’s a process - the new hair growing can drive you a little crazy with the different length but absolutely worth it!
