Wow! I used it first time since I got it last week .I did some uppers and cardio after..I forgot I had it on and thought I peed (sorry for the language) myself. Drenched.. now I have to rehydrate. I had 3 c sections so I can only do my best and constructive surgery isn't a option but I think will help melt that extra 1-1.5 inch fat off that I've been trying to burn forever.
