Great TMR sticks etc.
A great controller packed with fantastic TMR sticks, mouse click buttons, triggers, bumpers and back paddles. It also has an extra 2 bumpers. The back paddles are in the perfect position for my fingers with no issues. It doesn't have some of the DS5 features such as haptic feedback and vibration but that's Sony's fault, not the fault of Razer. Highly recommend if you want to up your game in fps's in particular.

A must buy!
Fell in love with this controller the second i held it! Lightweight but feels very robust. Love the 2 additional mouse buttons also. Only gripe is that it doesn't switch my PS5 Pro on from the home button which the official ones do but gets me on my feet so not a major issue.

Functionality isn’t great and wireless doesn’t work as it should. Avoid
At its core, the idea is great. I like the button placement, the hair trigger setting and I REALLY like the feel of the buttons (especially the face buttons). However… there are a few really poor design flaws for me. 1- the wireless option for PS5 just doesn’t work well at all. Almost from the start I was getting serious lag/ghosting where my screen would spin for 5-10 seconds, or the controls would just lag about a second or so behind. I am basically using it as a wired controller all the time 2- the power button is just strange. When it’s wired and I turn off the PlayStation the lights on it go out. When I go back to turn on the PlayStation, it shows that the battery is almost dead. Is it on… is it off??? Who knows! Not me. 3- it DOES NOT turn on the PlayStation, so you have to get up, turn on the console and then turn on the controller (plugged in because the wireless is so bad). It should really be more clear about this serious lack of functionality. 4- support is total trash. After watching videos I discovered that you can update the device using the app on a phone, but it has such little information I am unsure what the latest update is. I can’t even find it in their website. I was hoping that might fix it, but I can’t tell you. I contacted Razer support, went through the step to get to the chat, completed the robot answers and then sat there for 30mins with no reply. No email, nothing. Useless. I really really wanted this controller to be good. I had a scuff pad for my PS4 which was amazing. This is seriously over priced for what it is.

Raiju V3 Pro V's the Sony Edge
Nice pad but very expensive and with it being a non Sony 3rd party eSports controller, Sony don't allow a better polling rate than 250hz. Having this operating at 1000Hz like the offical Sony edge controller would make this a true competitive controller in competition with the edge. It can be used at 1000hz but only on PC, it defaults to 250hz on Playsation. I was unaware of this at the time of purchase and the reason I bought it was down to having the best performance, otherwise everything else is excellent.

Good controller but had connection issues
I bought this controller due to it having the analog stick layout similar to Xbox controllers which I find better than the PS controller layout. I was very frustrated with it for the first week due to connections issues and some bad lag input. The issue I found is it didn't work work well with my SteelSeries Arctis 7P+ headset. Having both of them connected to the PS5 at the same time seemed to cause issues for the controller. I evetually went back to using my Turtle Beach Stealth Gen 600 headset and I haven't had any connections issues since. As for the performace of the controller, I found it good once the connections issues were sorted. The advantages I liked over PS5 controller is the feel of the it is much better. The d-pad is better too. I like the fact you have the option to lock the L2 & R2 triggers to button mode. The remapable buttons are defintely a cool feature. You will need to download the app via iOs or Android to remap. I haven't timed the battery life properly but it does feel like it less than a Dual Sense controller and is the only negative I've found so far.

RAZER
Brilliant controller for the PS5. And if your use to the Xbox controller feel. Don't worry this controller has got you with the same feeling as the Xbox controller so you haven't missed it

Premium build with bad trigger ergonomics and stiff hair triggers
Main failure disqualifying this controller is ergonomics though - you can't expect to hold the controller comfortably with all back buttons, thumbsticks and press triggers the same time. The design flaw forces you to actually use bumpers as triggers, which asks to change long years of habits. Should you opt for normal use you have to weirdly twist your hands a bit and then you find hair triggers to be much harder to press than any other microswitch buttons. Definitely a premium build with exceptionally responsive dpad, buttons, back buttons and superb TMR sticks. Sadly the ergonomics are too bad and the whole functionality is ruined. The trigger buttons are more protruded causing pain to the end of the fingers quickly.
