This is a quality copper bracelet, well made, looks good & good value, the only downside is the supplied tool to remove links, cheap rubbish & does not work, it came with spare nibs but they all broke so even though I have complained through Amazon I have been ignored, prepare to take it somewhere & pay to get links removed!

I cannot vouch for the allegations made about pain relief for this item but it does feel heavy to wear. For one thing I couldn’t even open the clasp, despite reading the scant instructions in the enclosed leaflet. The bracelet was impossible to adjust using the so called “Tool kit”, I watched the video mentioned online and was none the wiser. Yet another issue is that in attempting to open the clasp I’ve noticed that the paint has already started to come away from the outside surface of the bracelet. I would not even award one star if the review system did not require it as this product is of obvious poor quality and blatantly no fit for purpose. The item is not “eligible for returns” which I find disgusting, as I’d return it straight away. I would advise Amazon to review their stockists immediately and remove these stockists and any and all products they manufacture and/or supply as a matter of course. I intend to take the matter further and get my money refunded even if it means writing to the Ombudsman’s Office. Do not buy. One thing further I wish to add to this review. If you are seeking a refund from the supplier/seller the you should persevere. About three weeks after I had written to them, and this review being published, despite stating they supposedly offered no returns the vender obviously had a change of heart. I received an email from them informing me that they were sorry that the quality of their product had not met my expectations and, on this one occasion, as a gesture of goodwill, they had decided to offer me a refund in full. I accepted the offer and a few days later I received the refund.

7 year anniversary present for my husband and he loves it . Very nice indeed and very well presented, with little tools to adjust to the arm .

A colleague at work recommended this bracelet to me so I bought one. It arrived same day, thankyou Prime, and I was presented with a beautiful heavy bracelet, too large for my arm. Now comes the fun bit...... I've read the reviews on how hard, nigh on impossible, it is to open the clasp. Yes it's stiff, but I'm pleased about that because it's not going to come undone easily and fall off while wearing it. There is a knack to it and really it's much easier than trying to marry up a tiny ring link with a tiny spring loaded clasp behind your neck when putting on a necklace lol. I too bent the adjustment tool when I tried to use it the first time. This was because I was doing it wrong. I straighted out the pin extractor and this time read the instructions. Make sure the extraction pin is located inside the slight concave (tunnel) that the bracelet pin is located. Make sure the link is in line with the exit channel and turn slowly. If it dosent seem to be working check again that it's lined up properly. The pin, after a slight resistance, will give way and slide out. The tool is fit for purpose and those who left negative comments are just poor workmen who expect everything to be laid out on a plate for them. I removed two links and it fits perfectly. I'm yet to experience the healing qualities but it's only been one day, so I'll be sure to update this review in time.

Nice product, seemed to be helping but clasps could be stronger lost after 4days of wearing(2nd time of buying one)
