For a cheap knife I'm very impressed.
I use sharp knives every day as part of my job in the fish trade. I wanted a cheap knife for butchery of meat joints at home. Out of the box this knife shaved a patch of hair from my arm, which no fish filleting knife has yet managed without me putting some work in on sharpening. It get's five stars but I was thinking about taking one off as it's not obvious in the listings whether the blade is flexible or not. This one isn't which is great for butchery, so good that I'm thinking of replacing my current Victorinox flexible fish blade for one of these, but hard to tell (if at all) from their listings. If you want to buy a whole chicken and portion it yourself this knife is ideal and youtube shows you how. For fish, no good as the blade is too stiff for me at least. For the price it's amazing.

What a knife
Wow what a knife wasn't expecting a knife that is better than i thought for the price, its very sharp and a nice weight . Will be buying some different in same brand. And I filleted a chicken thigh perfectly without hacking it to bits.

It is sharp, no question. But I find the handle a little slippery, it is textured but still hard plastic. It makes me feel a little uneasy using it. Perhaps the grip is better if you wear cut resistant gloves? I use it in my home kitchen. Still a good, low cost well made knife.
