The blend of pea and brown rice isolate feels well-balanced and easy to digest. No bloating or discomfort, and it keeps me feeling full for a good amount of time. The texture is smooth, mixes easily in a shaker, and doesn’t leave a gritty aftertaste like some plant proteins do. I switched from whey to a plant-based protein (a pea and brown rice blend) about two months ago to see if it would be easier on my digestion, and I'm largely impressed. The Good: The best part is the digestive ease. I experience zero bloating or discomfort, which was an occasional issue for me with whey concentrates. It gives me a great post-workout recovery boost, and I've had no issues with maintaining muscle mass during my training. The ingredient list is clean, with no artificial sweeteners, which is a huge plus for me.

Bad mixability. no matter how much you shake or grind but you feel that powdery substances in your mouth. balanced sweetness but flavour is too soft.
