The carpet circle repair cutter will cut up to 210 mm circumference. With the handle holding point to the blade being 105 mm. Quite easy to use, the cutting blade can be held safely inside the holder with a plastic secure screw. Just twist unscrew and drop the blade ready to use, then just tighten up. Set your desired radius from the measure on the tool and twist handle to lock into position. Comes with one blade installed and two spares in the handle compartment. Length: 140 mm
