Mix 1 scoop with a serving of plain whole milk or 2% Greek yogurt, and it turns into a vanilla cheesecake competitor for dessert with no guilt or extra calories from sugar or fat. Just the right amount of sweetness. Great quality, consistency, and texture for my purpose. Blends well with coffee as well.

I have been using this product for a year now and I love the taste. It serves as a dessert and if you keep it in the freezer it turns out to be pudding.

I dont like posting reviews especially bad ones but I saw a previous review with similar contamination. I can't tell if this seal was put on the bottle with heat and that's what this is or mold forming I was hoping to use this product tonight but I'm really not sure about it at all now

Switched from Muscletech casein to Legion, and am not disappointed. Pros- 1) Mixes VERY well. Muscletech was as thick as a milkshake, and there was always leftovers at the top of the shaker. 2) Easy to read ingredients list. It's nice not having to guess, or google ingredient names so you know what you're ingesting. 3) The flavor. It doesn't have that chemical taste many other proteins have (casein or otherwise). Cons- 1) The flavor is a little weak. I'm guessing that has to do with the lack of sodium and artificial flavors/sweeteners I'm used to with muscletech...which is a worthwhile trade in my book Will definitely be buying this product again through subscribe and save. I've seen a few negative reviews, but mostly from reviewers who don't seem to have ever used casein before. Many of the complaints like thickness and foaming are attributes I've come to expect from casein in general. Love the product and am happy to support MM.
