Great product. I was a little concerned at the price, but I wanted quality and was willing to pay a little more to have something that lasted for the long term. This is a great device and easy to clean and use for the long term. It's an investment to be able to give yourself or others effective soft tissue massages. I got this after having to go to physical therapy for post surgery rehab. It was so helpful then and now I can do it myself which helps my recovery and improvement in workouts while saving me money because I can do it at home.

So far a very good tissue mobilization tool. I've used Graston tools before and they are just so expensive. This isn't as heavy or thick as the Graston tools, but the edge has a very nice and comparable bevel and I honestly can't feel the difference between the two tools when I use them on myself and neither can my patients. I really like the different shaped surfaces, it its basically four tools in one. Plus it is small enough to fit in my purse if I'm on the go.

This is a second time I am buying this item. This time as gift to my fitness instructor who recommended this tool to me (his got stolen). I've been using it on and off and have to tell you that I was able to get rid of very persistent back and hip pain that was bothering me for years. As lo g as you are using it properly I think it is a very good investment in your health. I've started using it after workouts and in sauna/steem room to increase the efect and it works for me. Highly recommended, high quality and beter than wooden and plastic ones. Update:1:24:2017 Just received my third order of a long tool. I am using it for larger areas. Still a big fan.

This thing is great. For anyone who knows about Graston and Gua Sha will flip over this affordable and heavy duty item. It is pretty heavy for it's size. The edges are all different shapes to allow for multiple different functions. I have used it on my neck, back and arms. It provides the same muscle relief as my chiropractor and it was the same price as 2 visits!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ITEM!

I've had a lot of different soft tissue injuries & issues lately that have made me go to Physical Therapy from January to October 2017. This is a good tool to supplement PT maofascia treatment. It's a good tool with various curves & points to address everything from my rotator cuff therapy, several ankle & foot sprains & carpal tunnel issues for my wrists & forearms [guitar player] . Don't get old -or at least get tools...

I’ve purchased these multiple times and they were my favorite gua sha tools. They have changed and are now USELESS GARBAGE!!! I’m SO angry

This thing is very well made and works super well. I have foam rollers, lacrosse balls, the stick, etc but this has become my new go-to. I have found it very helpful for sore muscles and getting rid of knots. I had a different brand made of stone and it broke within a month but this one seems like it will last forever! Highly recommended
