Amazing little cooker and it taught me the basics on how to cook Boba!
At first I was skeptical about cooking my own boba, but this machine has took all the guess work out of it. It takes less than 30 minutes to cook and the machine basically walks you through the process. Moreover, the instructions included was very easy to follow too. The machine is made like a rice cooker and it basically is, but with fancy pre-programmed settings. The machine took about 10min to boil the water, 10 min to cook the Boba, and 15 min to braise the boba with brown sugar syrup. The machine is well made and it heated up to temperature accurately. For the amount of money I spent on this little Boba cooker is worth its weight in gold. I say that because it taught me how to cook Boba without this machine. So if it were to ever break, I'm not worried about it.

Works Fine, but Not Truly Commercial
The machine works fine, but it does not have NSF certification. Despite being advertised as commercial, it cannot be used in a restaurant. Buyers should be aware.

Good Booba maker

A Must Have for Your Shop.
I don’t write reviews often enough, but this is one of the best purchases I’ve made. It cuts my time down to half and I don’t have to do multiple processes. If you provide tapioca or sago in your shop this a must have product. And you’ll love their customer service at Wantjoin also!
