It’s great! My vet wanted me to feed my parrot Omega 3 and Milk thistle to help her get well. Seems to be working well. Now I give it to my dog, too.

Very high quality. Some after taste, but is gone as soon as you eat or drink. Start out with smaller dosage and work your way up to recommended dosage or you may be making an extra stop or two at the restroom.

I tried this bc I was tired of capsules sitting in my intestines. It has a fishy flavor so I’d hold my nose to take it. Texture is oily struggle to take it. I know it’s good for health

Easier passing through bowels

I was looking for an affordable alternative to the flax oil vegan pills I was taking I came across this product and I was happy with the reviews and the overall description. It seemed to be a product made with quality ingredients and will provide some good health benefits. Unfortunately, for me, the smell and the taste was too much for me to get over. I tried mixing it with multitudes of drinks and foods, and it was just like dreading taking a gross tasting cough syrup every day. It has a uniquely strong taste that is hard for me to describe, but it’s not that pleasant. Even when mixed into smoothies, sweet or savory foods and drinks, etc. I even did the old “pinch the nose swallow quickly” and it was just not pleasant. But I will not take credit away from the overall quality of the item because it doesn’t taste good. Good ingredients, good quality product, easy to use on the daily, it just doesn’t taste very good
