If I could do half stars, I'd rate these a 4.5 but I think too highly of this candy to round down to 4 stars. I'll start with the cons cuz it's a shorter and more nitpicky list: the color is much more green than blue and the flavor isn't quite blue raspberry. Also "super sour" is a little generous. There's tanginess for sure, but they aren't quite as sour as Sour Patch Kids for example. Not that there's no sourness, but as a huge sour candy lover, it's a slight downgrade from regular unhealthy sour candies and CERTAINLY moreso than any candies labeled "super sour". Now for the pros: DELICIOUS candy. I was expecting there to be some sort of "healthy" after taste or synthetic flavor - not at all!! (Aside from not being as sour) these taste almost exactly like Sour Patch Kids. Same gummy texture as well. I had done a decent bit of research before purchasing and had seen all the highly positive reviews but still had my reservations about a sugar free, fat free candy actually still tasting like regular candy. Genuinely surprised how good these are. Totally exceeded my expectations. I'm also a type 2 diabetic and my skepticism also had me prepared to see huge sugar spikes after eating these, but yet again I'm happy to be wrong. I had a pack last night after work having not eaten anything in 4+ hours and there was definitely still a spike (18 points) an hour later, but glucose levels returned to normal after another hour as they do with most foods I eat. Similar results again this morning, having a pack 1 hour after eating breakfast. I'll double check with my nutritionist and update my review as needed and part of me feels like with how amazing this candy tastes, there'll be one of those "you are entitled to compensation" commercials 10 years down the road, but for now I would highly recommend these to anybody. Fresh, tasty, high fiber, no fat or sugar, guilt free snacking.

I've been looking for a sour kind of candy that has decent ingredients and not tons of calories and carbs. Shameless snacks taste great and have a great total carb amount. This is definitely my new go-to snack!

These gummies have a give to their texture that I find less than ideal. I like my gummies to put up a bit of a fight, and these just roll over and surrender to your teeth. Flavor is fine, but these are barely sour, and in no way shape or form are they "super sour" as the package claims. I'm going to finish them, but I won't be reordering.

Love this product, taste great, loads of fiber, less on the sugar, but doesn't take away from the "sour patch" vibe. 10 out of 5

The blue ras isnt my favorite flavor- not sour at all, sweet but tastes kind of like artificial blue dye lol. Its not bad, just not my fav. Great snack to have around for those days you're struggling to hit your fiber goals.

Doesn't taste exactly like sour patch, but an amazing alternative. You get your daily worth of fiber so that's a plus, but the grams of sugar is similar to regular candy if that's what you're trying to track in terms of macros

Pretty disappointed. Been trying to find low sugar subs for the sour cravings but definitely not here. For something called Super Sour I was surprised to find literally zero sour and I think sour patch kids have a decently high sour level and warheads blow me away so I don't have a high tolerance. Flavor was just okay and the texture wasn't great but expected from these as a trade off. 2 cause they didn't taste bad. If you want something really sweet, chewy and low sugar this'll do that. But very expensive for how little you get(good ol health item tax) and you'll be disappointed if labeled sour

Order these if you’re looking for a relatively low sugar/low cal snack that is actually very tasty. Do NOT order if you’re looking for actual sour candies. Warheads, Shock Tarts, Sour Parch Kids are all much more sour than these. They are tasty and amazingly low calorie (and high fiber) for the sweet chewy snack they are. I did a double take after checking the serving size was actually one whole pack for only 70 calories. But they are NOT sour and in no universe should they be considered “super sour”.
