Sol de Janeiro Hair & Body Perfume Mist

I was in need of a little winter pick me up, so this perfume mist (Cheirosa 62) was a self care gift to myself. I was also curious about Sol de Janeiro and what the buzz was all about. Knowing this is a popular fragrance with the younger set, I was worried it would smell too young or "teen-agey" but that isn't the case at all. The scent is actually lovely, soft, and feminine with more complexity than I was expecting. It's sweet but not overly so, and definitely wearable as a wintertime fragrance as well. It lasts a few hours, and the fragrance that lingers on my clothes smells amazing! It makes me feel good when I wear it, and that is what self-care is all about! If you need a little pampering, this is a great fragrance mist for any age, any season! Update: So it's been about a month since I ordered Cheirosa 62 and have since ordered #59 and the limited edition Sundays in Rio fragrance. Each is distinctly different, but I reach for #62 and Sundays in Rio most often. It's been fun trying them out and it's a nice way to treat myself without spending a ton!

You will smell like a dessert! The smell literally puts me in a better mood. Scent is strong at first but dissipates and is subtle throughout the day. Bottle lasts a long time so great value.

This is the best scent that I have picked up in a long tjme. It's soft enough to not be overwhelming but just enough to make you smell good. The spray works well and is easily applied. The size is except able but a bit expensive. The only negative is that the smell doesn't last as long as I'd like. A few hours later you can barely smell it. I prefer the lotion. But honestly I'd buy it again just because it smells scoop good.

i bought this 2.5 months ago and have used up almost half of it. I LOVE THIS PERFUME, it's by far my favorite of any perfume i've ever owned! the design of the bottle is very classy and super aesthetic. the only downsides are that the scent does not last long, i apply it generously around 8 am, and it has disappeared by late morning, and the cost is relatively steep for an average perfume enjoyer such as myself.

This smells great and works well as a light hair and body mist. The scent is fresh and pleasant without being overpowering, which makes it nice for everyday use. Im new to this brand. I have 62. Which smells like pistachio caramel and vanilla. But in perfume form? . I use the body wash as lotion because i love layering like that. I got compliments the first time I wore this. It smells absolutely wonderful wonderful wonderful!!!!!!!! Seriously it smells awesome. Perosonal tip: the vanilla and sweet notes dont mix well when your skin starts to sweat even a little. Actually no perfume does. Do you wonder if your perfume is offensive to others? I did. What works for me is to spray your perfume on your clothes not on your skin. It stays on for a lot longer! The smell on my sweater was there for a week after I first wore this! It absolutely has staying power which is unheard of for a body spray. Second, I store all my sprays in the fridge. They smell better and last longer and slows down the musky notes that perfumes tend to get. Last, I spray this on my shirt and sleeves thirty mins before I leave the house. It smells way better than spraying right before you leave. And I am generous when I use this because its body spray not perfume. I also got 40. It wasnt my favorite. It smells too flowery and old lady like. But still smelled very good in its own way. Good enough I would wear this around the house. This line makes good scents what can I say. Lastly, I got 87 which is my absolute favorite. This smells like coconut the beach and sunscreen. I personally love the smell of sunscreen! It doesnt have any creams you can buy unfortunately like the rest of the scents. But for me, the Hawiaan beach by Bodycology smells EXACTLY like this. If you want to try this but dont want to spend a lot, for five bucks you can buy the spray OR lotion from here and my local Walmart has it also. Its the perfect match for me. Anyway, 87 smells sooo good. Theres no way this can be too strong. It just smells like pure happiness and super feminine. All three of these scents were blind purchases for me by the way. Again, spray perfume on your clothes, not on your skin. I bought the bodycology body spray for five bucks just to spray on my sheets and pillow case. I also sprayed all over my sweater and I can still smell it the next day. Had I sprayed on my skin, it would be gone in an hour. For perfume, i dont go over five sprays. Two on each arm and one on my upper chest area. And i never leave the house if i freshly sprayed myself. It may not be strong to you but trust me others will be overwhelmed. At least 30 mins before I leave but i even perfer 45 mins. I lay my clothes out, spray them and then do my make up routine etc. The reviews for this helped me so much, I wanted to help someone out there that was thinking about buying one or many. Dieser Duft ist süß, warm und absolut verführerisch, perfekt für alle, die einen sommerlichen, exotischen Duft lieben. Duftbeschreibung Der Duft von Cheirosa 62 ist einfach ein Traum! Es beginnt mit einer süßen, cremigen Karamell-Note, die sofort Wärme und Gemütlichkeit ausstrahlt. Danach kommen nussige, leicht salzige Pistazien und Macadamia hinzu, die dem Duft eine luxuriöse Tiefe verleihen. Die Vanille und das Sandelholz in der Basisnote sorgen dafür, dass der Duft nicht nur süß, sondern auch sinnlich und elegant wirkt. Für mich riecht es wie eine Mischung aus warmem Karamell, gerösteten Nüssen und einer leichten Prise Sonne und Strand – einfach unwiderstehlich! Haltbarkeit & Intensität Für ein Body Spray hält der Duft überraschend lange! Ich sprühe es morgens auf Haut, Kleidung und Haare, und nach mehreren Stunden nehme ich es immer noch wahr. Natürlich ist es kein Eau de Parfum, aber für ein Spray hat es eine gute Haltbarkeit von ca. 4-6 Stunden. Wenn man es auffrischt, bleibt der Duft den ganzen Tag über präsent. Ein kleiner Tipp: Sprühe es auf deine Kleidung oder in deine Haare, dort hält es noch länger als auf der Haut! Anwendung & Vielseitigkeit Ich liebe es, dieses Spray im Alltag zu tragen, weil es leicht und nicht zu aufdringlich ist. Es passt perfekt für warme Tage, aber auch im Winter gibt es ein wohliges, warmes Gefühl. Ich benutze es manchmal auch als Raumspray oder auf meine Bettwäsche, weil es einfach eine gute Laune verbreitet. Außerdem lässt es sich super mit anderen Düften kombinieren – besonders mit vanilligen oder kokosnussigen Parfums. Flakon & Design Das Design ist wie immer bei Sol de Janeiro super hübsch! Der Flakon liegt gut in der Hand, ist stabil und sieht schön aus. Die goldene Flüssigkeit im Inneren passt perfekt zum warmen, sonnigen Duft. Der Sprühnebel ist fein und verteilt sich gut auf der Haut. Fazit Für mich ist das Sol de Janeiro Body Spray Nr. 62 ein absolutes Must-Have, wenn man süße, warme Düfte mag.
