I've had these for about a year. They are the 2nd wireless earbuds I've purchased - and they are AMAZING. Loud clear high quality audio, ANC is just a life-saver especially on flights or just when there's too much noise going on, for example in an office. It does not filter out speech as well if someone is talking closeby, but that's not really the point either. I don't use it much for calls, but tested over regular calls, MS Teams, FB and WhatsApp calls - no issues, and never been told sound is bad/cutting off/or overall any negatives. Battery life of each earbud is super good, I can go several days to a week before I need to charge. I've never actually had the earbuds turn off on me either due to lack of power. Case also keeps power and speed charges if earbuds are under 30%. App offers personalization so if your hearing for instance is affected in one or two ears, you can adjust each earbud to give you the best balance for each ear. During the app test diagnostics, I found my left ear needs a bit more volume to hear the same as the right (which is no surprise given all my life if i had to use only one earbud I always left the left one in - and I also like to blast my sound too so I suppose this didn't help). Set comes with 3 different ear rubber comforters so you can pick your size. I am a small for both and the fit is great, wear is comfortable too. For me, it takes about 3hours of constant use to feel any discomfort, and it always only comes to my right ear, so it may not be the earbuds, but just me. Take it out for 10 mins and problem solved. The case that comes with the set is also super handy, high quality to the touch, fingerprint-proof, heavier instead of flimsy, and is magnetic, on close-open and also on putting down the earbuds. Charger type is 3C - if you use a fast phone charger - you're fully juiced up in 10 mins and ready to use for days and days. Light indicators on the case and on each earbud tell you via green-orange-red flashing light approximately what your battery levels are. Connection is very good as well, I've walked about 10-15m away from my phone and still had music on, definitely works if you left your phone upstairs and are going to the kitchen a floor down. Easy bluetooth connect to mobile. Connecting to a laptop used to frustrate me a lot, for a while I thought it was just not possible - and there's no manual so far as I know in the app or within the box the earset comes in. But found a Jabra manual of another earset online, and realized you have to hold the buttons on the earbuds down for quite a few seconds to make them discoverable... Now works like a breeze. Sometimes upon taking both earbuds out of the case, only one turns on, but rarely. Maybe 1/30 times. Then you just put them back in, turn off and on your bluetooth, and then take them out - problem solved again. After a full year of use, I am seeing some wear and tear - I've got the beige version (btw super nice color if you like to be in the neutrals). The upper color layer of the left one has come off in a very tiny patch on the inner side... BUT the color underneath is the same beige color in the plastic part so honestly if I don't look it at about 10cm from my face, i would not even notice!! Actually only saw it by chance, as the plastic underneath is shiny, while the top cover is matte. And it's on the inside part of the ear, so nothing exposed to anyone else to see. On the outside part is mostly the buttons with the logo. Speaking of buttons, I personally LOVE that these earbuds have clickable ones. Shallow clicks and very silent, but you definitely know the command went off versus sensor ones. Buttons can be customized via the app for whatever you want them to do, on long hold you change the volume as well, so it's perfect. Overall I would give these 6 stars, and highly recommend. Worth the money.
