Fits well - comfortable, discreet - does the job! Wash them before wearing: The sizing interferes with absorption. Don't use fabric softener with these.

This is a well made product. They are great quality but they do seem to run a bit small. I will write to the company to see if they can send me a size larger for my 90 year old Mom. Maybe I just ordered the wrong size. I will update this review when I hear back from them.

My grandmother absolutely hated the Depends underwear purchased from the local pharmacy, and even the other brands in the discrete style felt like diapers to her and really irritated her. These fit perfectly, looked like panties, and... while I can't speak to their effectiveness since she didn't have many problems... they gave me a lot of peace of mind. She seemed to be comfortable wearing them some nights, while other nights she took them off. The fact that she thought of them as "panties" rather than "those horrible things that hurt me" made things much easier.

They are not worth the money. They don’t hold any liquid and leak terribly. Would not recommend at all. Very unsatisfied with this disappointing product. They also run a bit small.

They are absorbent but too wide in the crotch and not very comfortable. I will wear them when I need to, but prefer a more expensive brand.

I love replacing Mom's disposable underwear with these washable. I've bought several pairs and some of the first ones have come through 4-5 washes beautifully. Although they can go in the dryer (no dryer sheets!), we always line dry them.

This review is really in depth but I want others to know what they are getting because these are very expensive panties considering what you get for your money. First, this is 1 pair of panties. Second, please see my pictures so you get a clear understanding of what you are getting. I got the panties in a size XXL and all my regular other panties are typically a size 9 or XXL. I wear a size 18 pants. These are 17" from crotch to top (without stretch) the leg opening is 10" (without stretch) and the crotch width is 8" (without stretch) the padded area is 6" wide (without stretch) and the padded area is 13" long (without stretch). NOW, MY OPINION: These are not comfortable. The padded area is stiff and the crotch width is very large and uncomfortable. The leg width was tight on me. The length from crotch to top of panties is well beyond my waist line and hung a good 2 inches above of jeans. I had got these for my work shifts so I wouldn't be as paranoid about leaks. But I think I will just continue to wear panty liners or pads which both are more comfortable than these panties unfortunately. Duuuuuude. I bought these to use as a back up to a tampon at night. I was a little worried about staying dry, fresh, and odor free. Holy heck, they exceeded my expectations. I hate pads bc of the things I mentioned above, and these were amazing. Only issue I had is that they're really not that comfy and could be cut a little higher on the sides for comfort.

This really does the job. Great for older people with incontinence.
