I needed to move a wall-mounted light switch to the other side of the room. I was dreading crawling through the attic to run the new wires. If I had to pay an electrician to do this, it would be several hundred dollars. This switch is very easy to install and works like a champ. Total installation time was less than thirty minutes. Worth every penny.

REVIEW UPDATED TO 5 STARS Turns on no problem. Turns off intermittently. Holding off button for 1 second oppose to a fast click helps, but most times I must click off 3-5 times before it happens. Switch and box are about 9 ft away (panty overhead light) Install was super easy, box is small enough to fit inside ceiling wire box. Switch feels cheap but price was cheap, no problems there ** Shortly after I left my review the company reached out and offered assistance- they sent me a new switch and instructions to program it. it now works flawlessly. super impressed with the level of customer service for such a cheap product.

The thing just works the way you think it should. It even pops off of the wall really easy so you can move it around as you please... Like a remote control. BUT! When you flip the switch on andoff quickly, it will not respond sometimes. And it can take several pushes of the button before it will respond. When that happens, you may have to wait a few seconds and then push it and then it will turn on/off. Now, how often does it happen that I will turn the light on and off quickly? ...rarely, or almost never. I never feel this problem in practical use. But but when I do flick it on and off quickly, this problem does arise sometimes as others have mentioned. This the only reason why I take off one star. However, like I mentioned before, in everyday use, I don't feel this problem at all. It only occurs when I'm trying to test it. So maybe I should just stop trying to test it, and it will be fine. lol Anyway, while it's no big deal for me, I can see how it can be an annoyance to others who wants that type of accuracy and reliability from the switch.
