Good and Inexpensive
Good heavy construction. Good seal. I use these on my field pipe hydrants under ~60lbs - ~80lbs PSI and no leak. A bit sticky out of the box, but some "all natural lube" (spit) freed it right up. GREAT PRICE too.

Great for the price
Works great, threads a little loose, but for what I was doing it worked great.

The valves are nice over-all, but one of them was tapped too deep.
The valves are nice over-all, but one of them was tapped too deep so that the mating pipe fitting bottomed out. It did seal however.

Threads over cut Will not tighten to seal
Looks well made butt......this is National Pipe Thread which is tapered to seal as the threads bind into each other. I can twist the threads all the way to the bottom into 90 degree fitting by hand and could still wiggle it. NO WAY WILL THIS SEAL WATER or anything else. Yes I know to use thread tape or pipe dope on NPT pipe, but that is really only to lubricate threads so they will tighten better to seal. To be fair the DAN SPEED NPT 1-1/4" Female x Female 90 Degree Elbow,Threaded Pipe Fitting SS304 Stainless Steel (1-1/4 inch) that I ordered with this works like it should.

These were great. Use them on my Industrial equipment. Would buy them again.

Great product for a decent price !
Purchased 2 to install a new water softener. Purchased the incorrect size of 3/4 the first time (which Amazon still owes me for one of the 3/4 valves that they say I did not return but have no use for) I returned the 3/4 for these 1” valves. They work perfectly with no leaks. Easy to turn with water pressure applied. Great item for the price and should last for years.

seems alright. all threads work, true 1.5" opening, slightly smaller body size that a 1.5" PVC ball valve and that's what I was looking for
