Numbs pretty well and the taste isn't bad either

Very effective and great tasting
I love this stuff! Grape is my favorite candy flavor (with cherry coming in a close second) and the flavor of this MEDICINE is very pleasant. The primary reason I prefer the Grape over the Cherry is that to me, the Cherry is almost overpowering. I must admit that I do purchase both products because they are VERY effective at reducing oral pain.

Product is awesome, but....
The product is great. This is the 2nd time I've ordered it off Amazon (though I haven't checked to see if the seller is the same). However, this time I didn't get a full bottle. The safety seal band was present, but the cap was unscrewed and just kind of loosely held on by the band. Since it is summer, it melted. The concerning and weird thing is the amount that appears to be missing doesn't match with what spilled. What spilled was mainly confined to the area around the cap. The baggie it was in didn't have product in it. Caps really need to be checked before shipping it out.
