I used it to hang my handbag up in the hall so that it stays nice and away from the pets and it’s a good quality hook and stayed on my painted wall. Very nice looking and decent quality and big enough for my handbag strap

I swear that the ingredients used to make Command products involves witchcraft and wizardry somewhere along the lines. I mean, you can hang such heavy things from them and they will not give, and yet somehow, even with this amazingly strong stick, just pulling on the little tab you can take them off the wall without leaving a mark?! witchcraft! I have been using Command hooks for a while and they have yet to let me down. I have tried hooks from 3 other sellers on Amazon and they all simply came off the wall (and sometimes took some of the wall with them!). I say it is not worth the risk with cheap hooks, get these and I am pretty sure you won't be disappointed.

I bought 2 of these. One to go in the bathroom to hang a guest towel near the basin and one to go on the back of a bedroom door to hang a dressing gown. My main reason for buying them was I didn't want drill holes in newly replaced doors or bathroom tiles. The hooks are attractive and tactile and will hold up to 3lbs in weight ( according to the packaging). I don't intend putting them to the test! The instructions of how to affix them are clear, with wording and diagrams and you get 2 fixative strips. Replacement strips are available to buy on amazon. The big advantage of these is if you don't like where you originally put them it is no hassle to remove them. The important thing is to make sure the intended surface is grease free (I used isopropyl alcohol to clean the area) and leave the base for an hour - I left it overnight - before re-attaching the hook. Excellent product.

These hooks look great for the back of my doors and they are incredibly easy to put up (1 min) and very sturdy. I bought four and I’ve used them to hang robes and towels and they haven’t budged. Then brushed silver looks great against our white doors too when not in use. I highly recommend them if you don’t want to drill holes but you want sturdy hooks.

Follow the instructions carefully when applying the adhesive strips to the wall/door. I did not push against it long enough nor did I wait before hanging things and as a result, the hook came off frequently. Thankfully, the second attempt with the included replacement strip worked better. I expected it to hold an empty bag (as pictured on the packaging), but it easy holds 2 winter coats and more.

These are extremely secure hooks that are great for spots that don't have a stud in the wall or that you do not want to screw into. I have never had one fall or even budge slightly from where I placed it even with quite a bit of weight hanging from it. They remove without leaving a trace and the brushed metal styles look quite nice. They are a little bit expensive. If you don't have a spot that will be seen much, I would opt for the cheaper plastic versions, but these are really nice.

This larger command hook is the perfect hook to place a hand towel on as we have used it for on the cabinet face in the bathroom.

We needed these to hang washcloths in the shower area. We looked at hooks but didn't want to cut into the tile. Low and behold, Command came to the rescue. They look beautiful and more expensive than I paid. Look for yourself at how beautiful. This style is not made for the bathroom but I sprayed them with clear spray paint (3 separate times) then bought the Command strips for bath. Fabulous! !! Can't believe how much time I wasted trying to come up with something to hang the washcloths. Good job Command.
