Digitizing Made Easy: Create Custom Embroidery Designs Like a Pro

I loved reading the 1st few chapters fantastic of how the Author got into digitalising with his Dad. When It got to the actual digitalising I was lost! I ended up on you tube watching how people did it & then copied the steps that they did. It didn't always work out perfect so when something went wrong I went back to this book & can now understand the chapters & when I'm sat digitalising an item I always have this book by me so I can read & understand where I have gone wrong. If I was you! Buy it, watch some tutorials on you tube & then re-read the book as its worth its weight in gold.

Fantastic book but definitely not for a beginner. I have been digitizing the about 7 years now and found this book both helpful and interesting.

As someone who is new to sewing and machine embroidery. I went mad and also splashed out on the software. This book explains more clearly how to go about digitising and gives a different perspective to the manuals that came with the software which is adding to my knowledge.

Received this book earlier than expected , the condition was pristine I cannot fault this company I have bought from previously and have had no issues at all … Thank you so much I highly recommend , great books .

I am a complete beginner to digitizing and found this book perfect for my needs. I enjoyed reading about "how it all started" and am deeply grateful that my start in digitizing is now and not when the author stared out. I particularly liked the way some of the potential pitfalls were explained, such as "push and pull" and finished reading the book feeling much more ready to attempt some digitizing of my own.

Nice book but not as informative for a beginner as I expected - needs to be worded simpler and explanation more in depth.

Although published quite a few years ago, it is still currant for today. I have enjoyed reading it and learning from it, and will continue to do so.

I was going round in circles trying to understand digitising.. I was totally confused about underlays and pull factors and this book made it all clear to me. I was able to approach digitizing with a bit more confidence, whereas without this book, I would have given up by now... I would definitely recommend it.
