Great product. Works really well on burns, wounds and skin issues.

These silver dressings have always been expensive Chronic wound when it weeps these we use, The NHS version not the same these are dry and normally we see the difference by the 3rd dressing. It's important to keep it dry so we find using a waterproof island dressing on top vital. Again they are expensive but for us they work,
