Pro11 Wellbeing 3rd Generation design Posture Plus corrector and back pain relief stretcher with Scannable QR code instructions

Bought this thing after researching the good ones, this one was listed in a lot of places, so I got it. I’m 37 (lovely may lockdown birthday!) had back problems since I was 23 (snowboarding fall) and have pretty much no disk left at l4/l5) and my back gets real tight, and out of alignment easily. This thing, as soon as I lay on it, on level 2, immediately I feel some discomfort, until I relax, the POP POP POP! So satisfying! And suddenly there is no discomfort. It’s hard to let yourself relax initially, because of the strange feeling, but when you do, it works wonders. It is like going to a chiro, where I have spent countless £‘s! Well built, sturdy, easy to use, and certainly aligns the spine! So often my back would feel tense, muscles pulling this way and that way, and I’m laying in bed and it just feels out of alignment and uncomfortable. I still get it, but now I can just lay down on this, I hear a load of spine pops and clicks, then the discomfort is gone! If you’re thinking about it, I advise you do do it. This thing is a wonderful stretch even for those without any significant problem. And no this isn’t an ad, it isn’t sponsored, just a happy customer!

I have been getting terrible back ache from poor posture at work and a lot of twisting and leaning during work and unable to get a massage appointment to help - I realised I needed more than exercises to help prevent the pain getting worse. I bought this not really expecting much. The first time I used it, it was extremely uncomfortable but I persisted anyway. I set a timer for 5 mins, lay on it in the floor and used it on the ‘2’ position. At the end of 5 minutes I felt super relaxed and ready to sleep! I now use it nightly for 5 mins before bed. It’s really hard to change the height positions as it’s made from quite rigid plastic. I would advise guessing the position you are likely want and not attempting to move it, as you need to be strong to change it! Anyway - an affordable option to try if you are suffering from mid back pain like me.. and a bonus that it gets you in a super relaxed mode ready for sleep straight after using it. Only deducting a star as it’s difficult to change the positions, otherwise I would rate it 5

The Pro11 Adjustable Back Stretcher does help with easing lower back tension, and the acupressure nodules provide a nice massage once you’re in position. It’s lightweight and portable, which is convenient. However, adjusting the stretcher is quite difficult. There’s nothing to grip properly, and I actually pinched my finger while trying to change the level—this feels like a major design flaw. Once set up, all is good, but the adjustment mechanism really needs improvement. Overall, a decent product.

Right, okay. Before I start I want to give you a little bit of background. I started suffering with lower back problems soon after I had my daughter nearly 4yrs ago. The pain would be a niggling feeling at the bottom of my back and go into full blown muscle spasms which would shoot down my bum, thighs and hips. The pain was excruciating but would ease after 2-3 weeks. My back went again last week and went again into full blown muscle spasms which caused me to fall to the floor in agony and had to crawl to bed. I'd been on co-codamol and diazepam for the pain, but nothing else apart from "getting on with it" and light exercise to ease the spasms. I could barely stand up straight without crying. I had a look online for anything that would support my back and help me quicker and I came across this. I ordered it Sunday and it arrived today. Well, let me tell you. I've been on it twice (on the lowest setting) for 5 minutes at a time and I have never, ever been so amazed in my whole life. This little device has sorted my back out, the pain has virtually disappeared already and I could stand up straight, straight away and I've never been happier. This is worth the money, over and over again. I am so glad I purchased it. If you suffer like me, buy it. I promise you, you will not be disappointed. It's not a gimmick, its not a joke. It's a lifesaver.

It looked a bit flimsy but my husband had to bend it into the lowest position for me. After being on my back in hospital for four months and another six at home in a medi-bed my back has become flat. I was struggling to walk or do anything because of backache, I tried this and I was worried it would be uncomfortable as it's plain, hard plastic stuff. I very slowly, relaxed onto it, I felt my back start to stretch and had a few cracks and muscle "pulls", after a couple of minutes I was fully relaxed and I could feel the pleasant stretch. I'm using it twice a day for five minutes but only time will tell if it helps long term.

il mio voto scarso è giustificato dal fatto che ritengo ingiustificato che chi vende un prodotto ortopedico sanitario, non alleghi nessuna istruzione in lingua italiana. Nonostante fosse un acquisto Prime mi è giunto con tre giorni di ritardo e con scatola aperta, senza nessun involucro esterno. Comunque, lo proverò. Quello che ho scritto precedentemente resta valido ma, dopo averlo provato, posso dire che ne sono entusiasta. Lo uso per 5' al giorno, la prima settimana regolato sulla prima tacca, ora sono sulla seconda. I dolori alla schiena mi fino scomparsi dopo un paio di utilizzi. Questa è la mia esperienza.

Me decidí a comprarlo por las reseñas y estoy muy contento. En una semana me han disminuido los dolores de espalda un montón, e incluso noto mejor las piernas. He comprado otro para regalar

Me ha llegado un modelo diferente al que hay en las imagenes y la cinta que que entra no sirve para nada, no hay donde ponerla, lo he probado un par de días y parece que va funcionando pero no se si sera tan bueno como el que hay en las fotos que parece mejor

nel mio caso dove ho una riduzione dello spazio fra le vertebre ho trovato utile il correttore perche' mi allunga la colonna, non mi sento di consigliarlo a tutti genericamente perche' ogni persona ha esigenze diverse mentre lo strumento ha una lunghezza fissa e tre livelli di curvatura che significa che non si puo' adattare a tutte le tipologie di schiena.
