These are great for putting over my skin or over my leggings so braces aren't irritating. I won't wear them without them. They wash and dry easily, are snug enough to not cause creases and are a good thing to have if you wear metal braces. They are a good buy. They are snug, but not compression if you are looking for compression.

Smooth and stayed put. Saved my skin from a rash post ACL surgery. My brace was giving me a rash and these were life savers. I wore these every day with the brace. I also wore this during physical therapy to protect the wounds from surgery.

Family member utilized these sleeves after having a knee surgery and these items were a LIFESAVER. These sleeves were applied as a base layer on the surgical leg which kept the surgical site free from friction from clothes and anything environmental. Likewise the quality was great, very thin to act like a cover/ sleeve (no, it was not intended to be used for compression which this item does not provide compression). The fit is a little difficult to math but we did need to use the overall circumference of his leg and do some math to calculate the correct size fit (it may have been divide by pi aka 3.14 and get the size closest or something like that). Once we completely got measurements and he wore it for his first PT session he continuously used it throughout all his recovery process. The elastic material inside kept it from falling and sliding down. If the seller would have better measurement instructions it would be 5 stars but doing math made it work out.

I am using these under my Breg knee brace. I have found a slight variation in the sizing. The grey set is much tighter on my thigh than the black or white sets. I only use one at a time so having a fresh sleeve for every day is great. I have no slippage down the thigh. The top holds tight without cutting my circulation. These sleeves make my brace very comfortable with no chaffing. I would not mind if they were all black but color is not the most important consideration. The sleeves are showing no signs of wear and the top band has not stretched out after many months of use.

I bought these knee sleeves for my dad to wear under his braces. They were very affordable and a great value because you get 4 pairs (enough for a whole week). He is able to wear them multiple days before they start to stretch out and they stay in place while wearing them. They are comfortable (not restrictive) and fit according to the size chart.

I'm a delivery driver with a torn meniscus, so until I can get it repaired and be out of work for months, I am wearing a full unloader knee brace. The brace is great, but with six straps, all with some gel to keep it in position, and working 10 hour days. The strapping has left painful welts on the back of my leg. Thought this would be the solution. They feel great, fit good. But even with 6 straps and cranked to where you are left with marks that last till the next day on my legs, I could not make more than 3 trips in and out of a building without having my brace fall down to my ankle. They feel so good, I did not even feel the brace slip, until it was obvious from the pain and the face that I could not bent my leg, which caused even more pain, since I was trying to bend it. Surprised no one else has not commented about this. And many of the pics show braces no where near as heavy duty as mine. Maybe only OK if your not that active?

These have been the most comfortable knee sleeves. I have a very long brace and this is one of the only ones I've found that stayd up without cutting off my circulation.
