This works by well. Bought several times. Helps with Hot Flashes, and estrogen dominance, which most women suffer with…If you can’t take estrogen this maybe a good alternative. We all need more carsiferous vegetable's.

I was a subscriber to this DIM, I loved it, but then I received this new bottle. It is pure garlic, all of my symptoms returned and I kept smelling garlic…I had just opened the bottle and I put all of my pills in a daily pill case. So I didn’t notice it at first. When my hormonal symptoms returned I was wondering what I was doing wrong. I then started smelling garlic and tasting garlic every time I took my pills. My kids even said from across the room, who is eating garlic. I went and opened all my pill bottles and sure enough this product as soon as I opened it was such a strong odor of garlic. I will no longer buy from Natures Valley! If you aren’t getting the products you’re paying for that’s not ok!! Please beware!!

I didn't like the flavor, it tasted really garlicky. It says in the bottle that it helps with Metabolism, and indeed, it does, but it was too strong for my tummy. It made me really bloated and gassy. I could only take one capsule every other day instead of two a day.

This is a nice blend of DIM along with calcium d glucarate and broccoli florets extract. If you take DIM, you NEED to take it alongside calcium d glucarate and Sulforaphane containing compounds (broccoli extract). Dim works as phase 1, it oxidizes toxins and bad estrogens. Calcium d glucarate and sulforaphane work as phase 2 through the glucuronidation and sulfation pathaways in your liver to then rid the body of the oxidized toxins and estrogens. Without phase 2, these oxidized compounds would build up and get sent back through your system. The only reason I would give this 4 instead of 5 stars is because I think a larger amount of calcium d glucarate and sulforaphane would provide this supplement with a better balance overall, because 100mg is a fairly low dose for CDG. But I’ll still continue taking this until I find a supplement with better balance.
