Post-Workout

Great product. My only complaint is I do get itchy/tingle feeling sometimes after taking it. I never do a full dose I usually do half a scoop. I would recommend to others.

Immediately felt a difference the next day after an hour long moderate workout. Usually my muscles are screaming but today the pain is tolerable. Still a bit sore but nothing… nothing like before. Yes it’s sweet but you only have to drink a glass of it, and you can dilute it with water. I like to drink it during my workout or after. Tastes kinda like Gatorade but sweeter. Not sure if there is caffeine in it but I did feel tingly after drinking it.

Love post jym but NOT this blue arctic flavor - yuck!

Another protein drink I order for my teenage son, he loves the flavor. It's sweet but he's a teenage boy and he likes sweet things. Definitely worth a shot
