Hisewen PS5 Controller Battery, 2650mAh LIP1708 Replacement Battery for Sony PlayStation 5 PS5 DualSense CFI-ZCT1W Wireless Controller

Was super easy to swap my stock battery out in my scuf ps5 controller. These matched the dimensions of the stock battery perfectly and the extra battery power is very noticeable as it last way way longer in between chargings. I also purchased a pickle power battery that had even more capacity and it’s also working great. I actually marked each controller so I could do a long term comparison but so far the pickle power last much longer although I don’t think you could go wrong with either.

Added around 3 hours on my controller, very straight forward to get done, fits well, I guess the battery is good; I would buy it again.

Working great

Right now I give it 5/5 stars. Installation is easy as long as your controller will corporate. Mine didn't wanna come off the plastic clips (yes I did remove all the screws). Once I got it off it was pretty much common sense, take the old battery out and put the new battery in, tuck the wire in the wire holder, put the cover back on and ur good to go. When I first turned the controller on, it was a fullish battery. I let my character on gta go afk for roughly 8 hours. When I checked on it the battery was almost dead. So lasted 8 hours on roughly 90% of charge (dont know what it was when I got it other than it was full).

Easy to install and really improved the battery performance of my ps5 controller.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked this product just because of the size of battery, it was an exact match for what my PS5 controller needed Fit: perfect fitting and placement, thought it would be a little bigger and wouldn't fit but work perfectly Tool kit: I have my own ifixit kit at home but I was pleased to find the screw driver and pry tool included Battery size: Battery size was really good, the battery is perfect for long gaming sessions but also I can now turn up the volume and the rumble to max and not have to worry about battery life.

I installed this battery a few hours ago so I can't comment on the longevity of it, but it was at 80% (according to DSX (a PC app)) when I installed it in my DualSense, and after roughly 3 hours of play it's at 60%. With my previous battery, I'd have connected the charging cable after 1-2 hours of play. Granted, the original battery is a few years old. As far as the 2650mAh rating, I'm doubtful. I weighed both batteries and the stock battery is actually slightly heavier. The stock battery - if I'm not mistaken - is 1,500mAh. Because the weight of these batteries is nearly identical, I assume the new one is also 1,500, or ever-so-slightly higher. Regardless, I paid a minimal price for a brand new battery which is giving me hours of battery life. The only reason I didn't rate this 5 stars is because I don't believe the new battery has significantly higher capacity than the old one, but I'm not disappointed. Installation was simple using the provided tools. I would not hesitate to recommend this product.

Simply amazing kit, includes everything to fix a dead PS5 controller for just over ten bucks. All you need is this and a video tutorial and you'll be good to go. I first took my PS5 controller to a repair shop and they told me they would charge me more than the price of a new controller to replace the battery! So glad I bought this kit and replaced the battery myself instead of buying a new controller.
