I’ve been using this toothgel on my dog for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. It’s easy to apply, and I’ve noticed a real difference—less tartar and much better breath. It actually seems to work, which surprised me. A great non-brush option that’s made dental care easier.

It certainly helps keep teeth plaque free and breath fresher. But if the dog doesn't eat the food they are given within the hour, the food starts to get smelly and if left for eg overnight quite smelly like rotting fish. I assume the enzyme is starting to 'eat' into the meat. I don't have a problem with this. Once you know you can work with it / round it. Delivered within the stated time slot, no problems there.

Our munchkin boy little cat Maxie has been told he needs surgery to extract two of his teeth due to inflammation. He was struggling to eat and chew because of pain. I saw another review and ordered this product thinking we got nothing to loose. It’s been now about month and half of applying this on his gums and the redness and inflammation is definitely reducing. It’s a slow process but you can see the change. I couldn’t use the applicator included, so just pushed blob of gel on my finger and quickly rubbed one blob on each side of his mouth into the gum and let him lick it and spread it all around. The taste can’t be too bed because he seems to like it and I haven’t been scratched or bitten after applying it. Unfortunately I am not able to hold our cat long enough to take before and after photos of his teeth, however I am 100% sure his gums improved load. Thank you to the other person writing that long review with updates. Maxie the cat says he appreciates it.

The dogs love the flavour and sit waiting for me to apply it. It is easy to apply, I use my finger and apply a 'blob' to gums each side, from back to front. I've noticed an improvement in my small dogs breath smell after using for a few days, and some improvement on some teeth (not all). I started using the gel as the small dog was reluctant to have his teeth brushed (with paste) and teeth were starting to stain plus tartar build up. Gum health also looks better. The other dogs teeth (which were only slightly discoloured) are significantly better.I I use once a day, but will try twice for smaller dog until significant improvement.

My cats have stopped liking this tooth gel from the last time I bought this product. I am guessing that it’s not just the “packaging “ that has changed but also the product its self so will need to try and find something different.

Can't comment on whether it works yet as only started using it, used the normal toothpaste b4 of the same brand and she loved that. My dog hates having her teeth cleaned and I worry about plaque building up, she's only 31/2 so I want to at least try and keep her teeth and gums healthy now whilst she's young. I've tryed various toothbrushes Inc the finger ones and wipes she just won't let me near her so started using an exfoliating glove with toothpaste on a couple of the fingers and it's solved all my problems I've now upgraded to to this gel along with the glove and it gives me peace of mind that she's getting her teeth cleaned properly now the add on applicator is easy to squeeze some into her mouth to and gets around her mouth with her tongue so I'm guessing if you can't physically clean them hopefully it can still do some good if you squirt some in and keeps breath fresh.

Good, my dog likes it, very easy to use and it is keeping my dogs teeth clean. I will buy again.

Do you have a cat or a dog that when it breathes near you your not sure to fall flat on your face or just hold your breath until you turn blue and the little stinker has walked away. ? Well this is the stuff you need. I sticks some on my finger then rub it around the dog or cats teeth and gums once a day for 3 days. This stuff is brilliant it helps with them pungent stinks that comes from there mouths and it helps with cleaning there gums and teeth. You can use a small brush and brush there teeth and gums. This helps with plaque and all those bits that got stuck that causes all those vile pongs. After 3 days use the smells have gone the plaque is at a reasonable amount to cope with or in some cases it's all gone if you have been keeping up on there dental health. Cats seem to be the worse for plaque and smells its totally disgusting and it's not very nice when they are trying to love you up and drooling on your face disgusting. We have found this to be the best out of the range of these type of teeth cleaners. Plus all the animals seem to like the taste I think this is meaty flavour if you dont want to stick your finger in there mouths then with the cats you can put a 2cm line of ot onto the top of there front paws as they will lick it off and do the same job as you putting it into there mouths the dogs I have never had a problems as they seem to like having there teeth brushed so they are really easy .

It’s the only toothpaste my dog will tolerate And he loves it.

Excellent toothpaste for my Labrador. No need to brush only apply by rubbing on the teeth of upper and lower jaw and his teeth will remain shining and smell free. But the cost is too much !
