I bought these Zellie's mints in the hope that using them will help my oral health. I bought the set so that I can have different flavors to choose from. This last February and in February of the 2 previous years, following my yearly dental x-rays, I have had to have cavities fixed -- in spite of being quite religious about brushing and flossing my teeth, not drinking sugared drinks, not eating much candy, etc. I have read that scientific studies have confirmed that xylitol candies or gums reduce plaque on teeth and harmful oral bacteria. One dentistry professor has advised using candies or gums with 100% xylitol 4 to 5 times throughout the day. That is what I've been doing. My mouth has been feeling cleaner as a result. I'm hoping that next February I won't have cavities, but only time will tell.

Zellies, are a pressed tablet though firm, break apart fast so don't last for long in the mouth. They have a light mint flavor. I did not like the fruit or spearmint. I bought a sample pack because i thought they were kinda expensive on their own.

Expensive but good. I hope this works to keep my teeth healthy.

Great product

This is a corn product. Dr Ellie contends that birch xylitol is vastly preferred over corn yet she uses corn in this product. The gum apparently uses birch xylitol. I'm surprised they hide this through deceptive marketing. It would avoid a lot of hassle and confusion if Zellies would clearly label this as a corn based xylitol product. Apparently this is GMO CORN; there is no indication of non gmo on the product labelling.

I think this is the only company That actually fills their product to the top of the lid. I can’t believe it! Every bottle full to the brim. Appreciate a company, not being cheap.
