I have this for hot chocolate or powdered over a yoghurt snack. I'm no connoisseur but I don't find it bitter or off in any way, it's just good cacao. And my (very limited) research tells me that cacao from west Africa has less heavy metals than others. So this is where I put my trust for now.

Excellent taste, and good value for the price. Easily blends in with liquids and with oatmeal - great for making hot chocolate! I bought this because it apparently tested negative for contaminants, including heavy metals. So, it's healthy, clean, and safe for even the kids!
