I was hesitant cause it sound so good to be true
I had a right leg pain that that lasted for more than 4 months. I can't even go shopping without sitting down every after 5 minutes of walking around. I work in an office that requires 8 hours of sitting so every 30 minutes, I had to stretch my right leg or even bend down because the pain was excruciating and my whole right leg was getting numb. I went to a Chiropractor for 6 sessions but it never helped me at all. I had to get a massage almost every 2 weeks, but it was only a temporary relief. I also went to urgent care at one point because I can't even stand and was absent from work for a few days. I got so desperate that I googled on what could be a cure to my sciatica due to Piriformis Syndrome. I saw one of the reviews about this Piri-Stretcher. At first, I was hesitant cause it sound so good to be true. I still bought it thought, what's a $60 stretcher compared to a $60 every session with a masseuse or a chiro. I followed the instructions properly, did the stretching one in the morning and one at night for a week. I was surprised that it really did relieve the pain, in fact... it cured my problem. It's been 7 months now, my sciatica never came back. Now, I can walk around for 2 hours without having to bend down and stretch in the middle of the department store.

Disappointing Product
I have dealt on and off with Pirifirmis Syndrome for the past few years and have benefitted from the guidance of doctors, physical therapists and personal trainers, in addition to research. The Piriformis Stretcher is a product that provides an inferior stretch to what you can learn to do on your own from any good physical therapist, or certified and experienced personal trainer. Save your money and see a pro!

I only have to do it a few days in a row (one or two times 5 reps each) and I am good for a couple of days
Wow! This thing really works well. I went to my doctor and asked if he would give me a prescription for it, hoping medicare would pay for it. None of the medical supply stores had even heard of it and I was told insurance would not cover it. So I took a big chance and bought it. This is the first thing I have tried that really gets rid of all my pain. I only have to do it a few days in a row (one or two times 5 reps each) and I am good for a couple of days. Nothing the therapist tried helped this much. In fact when therapy ended I told her that this spot still bothers me a lot at times. She said it was some muscle that tenses up. Well low and behold this piri-stretcher was the cats meow. I am going to be eternally grateful to Amazon and Miracle stretch. You would think that insurance companies would pay for it instead of expensive physical therapy. The doctor said I would have to go back to therapy if this did not work. Thanks again Amazon and Miracle Stretch

Good stretching aid
This is a pretty expensive item for what is essentially a knee brace with a handle on it. But it allows you to do the reverse pigeon pose stretch while keeping the spine neutral and I have noticed significant progress using it. If you can use the wall for reverse pigeon comfortably do that. However if your piriformis is injured and really tight the handle will assist you greatly. I've progressed to the point where I don't need it anymore, but it helped me get there.
