Have an 11 month old Labrador. Always had the lead on her collar, she'd pull and pull no matter what. This harness is game changing. Smallest size I could buy was large. I've had to adjust to the smallest settings and she still has to grow into it a little, but she cant pull at all with the lead connected to the clip under her chest, if she tries it just lifts one of her front legs. Using this for a couple of walks and now she walks next to me with a loose lead, learned she cant pull and I now look like I've got the best behaved dog ever. Love it!

My dog's Ruffwear Harness had become worn so I decided to replace it. They are £50 though so a bit steep! ...and this harness was recommended on Amazon. At £19.50 it is less than half the price and its equally as good if not better. It's well fitting (someone posted in a review that it is hard to adjust, but it isn't - it's easy) and appears comfortable and sturdy. The reflective parts are very visible and I like the fact it has front and back attachments for my double ended lead. My dog and I are very pleased!

Bought for our new rescue dog. She loves it, it fits well and it’s well made. It’s survived several close encounters with our local cow herd and it’s resisted all her efforts to pull and escape!

This is a very good harness. It arrived in a plastic zipped bag, so that when you have finished walking your dog, you actually have somewhere to store it, as opposed to hanging on a hook, or shoving in a drawer, so it doesn't get damaged. The front/underbody part fits well, as does the back, where the lead would go. It fitted our dog extremely well. He is a staffy cross boxer, so you can guess he's a chunky, large dog. You can change the length of the straps very easily, and then it's very quick to put on the dog. He hadn't been out for his walk the day before, so we took him out to test how the 'pull' on the lead/harness would be. Fair to say, it's a marked improvement over a lot of harnesses, where you pull the dog back, and they start to choke. This one had none of that. One great addition is the handle on the top. This is used however you want to, but the main way is to hold your dog back. As our dog is very strong, usually with other harnesses, this is when you choke the dog if you're trying to pull him back, plus with a lot of other harnesses, you have nothing really to grab onto if anything goes wrong. But this one had the handle. It's extremely sturdy, no choke, and the harness never slipped. The pocket at the front, which has velcrose to close it, is probably good for a couple of poo bags, useful 'just in case you run out'. There is an additional lead attachment on the front of the chest part which reduces the chance for him to pull. We also tested this in the dark. The white edges of the harness glow very bright with a torch shone on it, and the leopard/lizard type print also shows up more, as opposed to daytime when its not that visible. Overall, it's a very good harness. Highly recommend it.

Id previously purchased a dog harness that snapped when the dog was pulling. He ran across a road and this gave me the fright of my life. It cannot be understated just how important the quality and protection of a harness is. Second to the saftey, the ease of equiping the harness is important, so that the dog does not get scared and feel like its a punishment. This one is brilliant in both regards and i am very impressed. Unlike my last one, its a breeze to fit, and the dog actually gets excited when he sees it. Previoulsy he would back off. It looks like he feels comfortable in it. Not to tight in any area and easy to adjust to the perfect fit. It has padding , just enough to help too. Easy clips to buckle him in and out. It has 2 D-rings, oin the top and underneath the chest. The chest one is supposed to help with pulling. It also has a handle on the top for close control, really good for stopping at the road or if other dogs appear. After my previous experience, its a relief to see the quality thats gone into this. The d rings are strapped in really heavily and secured under other material. I really dont think these could rip away if hulk hogan tried. This is the most important thing for me after what happened, so this is 5 stars.
