I am a hard-core iPhone mini user and it has reinvigorated my enjoyment of phones. I returned my iPhone 12 Pro for it and now, in 2023, had the phone recently refurbished by Apple at their store to replace the battery and fix some cosmetic flaws, so I am keeping this for a long time, or until Apple releases a new mini phone. I am saying this because I have been through a lot of protectors with it for several years now. I have a lot of experience with screen protectors in general, back from the film-style early kinds that were horrible and rainbow-y, to synthetic or “bio” plastic sheets, to tempered glass. All that my friends and family all depend on me to select and install protectors, so I have additional experience with larger phone protectors. I hate when the screen is tacky and your finger gets stuck, if the oleophobic coating is not up to par and it always look dirty, if there are specks in the material, if there is ANY rainbowing or color-distortion so it does not look just like the bare screen, if there are uncovered cutout areas on it by the mic/camera/sensors, or if the edge gap is too large, edge is too sharp that you can feel it, or otherwise if the edge is conspicuously visible when installed. You can probably tell I’m a picky OCD person. The best one I found previously is TETHYS. This one has had NONE of the complaints above and makes the phone a joy to use. Another close one is amFilm, but I think that one had sharper edges, if I am not mistaken. I wasn’t going to try buying this JETech brand, which I had no previous experience with, just to trial and error to rule out those flaws mentioned above. However, another reviewer on this product page mentioned that the same factory that produces this makes the protectors for TETHYS. Note: none of these “brands” actually make their own products. It is some overseas factory that makes the product, then sells it for rebranding. Most products online are like this now, so it is common to have multiple brands selling the exact same product with just different names and packaging. It’s a bit misleading, but how things are done now. So, I gave the JETech a go. The JETech is PERFECT. It is super smooth, completely transparent with no color rainbowing, has an effective oleophobic coating that is forgiving and needs less cleaning, has no gaps by the sensors, goes almost to the edge with an apple silicone or silicone-style case, and the edge is nearly invisible when installed. It checks all the boxes. Installation was very easy with the provided guide frame. You clean the phone with provided wipes and the polishing cloth, install the guide frame by pushing down around the top edge of the phone, pick up any dust particles on your screen with the dust stickers, then, holding the protector face up, pull the sticky film off (face down so that falling dust in the air doesn’t get on the sticky side!!), and pretty quickly set it down inside the guide frame, before dust can fall onto the cleaned screen. You run your finger across the center of the screen, the long way, to start the adhesion, remove the frame, and with the wipe, squeegee any air bubbles out. I clean the top protector surface while this is happening, so that I can see if there is any dust under the protector. If there is, you can still lift up a protector edge with your nail and use a dust sticker to remove any trapped particle. This last part isn’t always necessary, but can save a throw-away install, if you do get dust under there. Since this is a set, you do have the ability to toss one and try again. If you scrape the sticky side with your nail if you do lift it, you may scrape the adhesive off and have a non-adhering corner. If this happens, the protector needs to be replaced to work properly. You may need rub out smaller air bubbles, which sometimes takes a while, but this is how it is for any screen protector. If you do see a dust particle inside any air bubbles, they won’t go away and you will have to lift up the corner and try to remove the dust. I hope this helps and if you need one for your iPhone mini in 2023 or later, or this brand for another phone model, try this one!

This screen protector is fantastic—crystal clear, easy to apply, and completely bubble-free. It fits my phone perfectly and feels smooth to the touch, just like the original screen. The durability is impressive too; it has already protected my phone from a couple of accidental drops.

I bought this to protect a child's iPhone, which gets dropped often and is used a lot for gaming. Their prior phone had wear marks from playing games and a small crack in the corner, so needed to protect the new phone better. Here is what to know: Pros: - Super easy to apply with the included frame. - The included screen cleaner is super helpful to get any smudges or dust off the screen. - It's actual glass, and feels like the original screen. - Virtually eliminates screen damage or scratches. Neutral: - This holds up very well on my phone, but not as long on my child's phone. Their phone takes more abuse than mine, so I guess it's to be expected. Negative: - Nothing Overall, very happy with the purchase and price.

I usually wrap my iPhones up in the most rugged, protective case I can afford, and I carry my phone on my belt. However, my previous phone case had a plastic screen protector, and months of wear and tear made the selfie camera be unable to read my face, and the mounting scratches were not only distracting but beginning to make it hard to operate the touch screen. So I bought a silicone case that covers the back and sides if my iPhone 12 mini, and got these glass screen protectors. Pro: The transparency and clarity of the screen protector are perfect, and it feels like a new phone to me. The smaller size without the bulky case is also a nice thing. And the first one did its job, sacrificing itself to save the touch-screen underneath (see below). Con: The installation process is a little finicky, and it takes practice to do it without getting distracting bubbles that won't go away. Then, the very first day I used the combination case and protector, my phone fell a very short distance onto gravel-littered pavement and the protector cracked severely. I worried about the touch screen, but when I got home and peeled off the cracked protector, no damage at all. So this is more of a mixed bag than a Con, I guess. Anyway, selling them in a 3-pack is a great idea, and I haven't dropped it since, so I have a backup. And I've order a better belt case to avoid accidental drops in the future, so, fingers crossed. Final verdict: well worth the money and the learning curve for installation.

The provided frame made installation a breeze. You get three pieces for a great price too. The only quibble is that the wetter no stickers provided to remove dust.
