IYV 6 String IYV-ILP-400FR Solid Body wilth Floyld Rose Tremelo Electric Guitar, Satin Black, Right (ILP-400FR)

Once again IYV put out an Excellent quality instrument at a reasonable price. This is my 5th IYV guitar and I don't know if it's just me or not but in my opinion they keep getting better and better! This time it's an amazing Les Paul style guitar with a Floyd Rose bridge! A really sharp expensive high end looking guitar that intonates very well! I minor set up out of the box and that's it. It stays in tune very well. The overall sound and playability of this instrument 🎸 is amazing, what can I say! I don't normally write reviews but this is an exception! This is definitely my go to guitar right now and I can't put it down I Love it so much!! IYV you've never let me down! Keep up the good work!!👍🙂

This is my 2nd guitar. I bought a esp ltd kh202,and modded it out. The quality was exceptional on that guitar, paint fretwork,and playability. I added all the mods and it wouldn't tune above e flat.,so im buying this setup for higher tune playing, and classic rock,and leaving my metal shred guitar drop tuned for that metal. I got a perfect guitar, had 2 tiny scuffs on the back side near the strap button. Unnoticeable at even 5 ft away.the frets are smooth,and the edges are also smooth w a binding thats is clean and smooth as well. This is a great feeling guitar. It had a warm sound very vintage. All my upgraded parts will be here this week to assemble the final product. The factory sound was great ,and I prefer the bite of active pickups, so i opted to hot rod this model,and unlock the potential tonality of this awsome guitar.

El producto es bueno, la guitarra me encantó, el problema ha Sido que me llegó dañada, de una de las pastillas, no afecta el sonido ni tampoco me molesta, pero si me dejó que desear el control de calidad. Fuera de eso la estética es bellísima, la construcción se siente bastante bien, los afinadores funcionan de maravilla y el sonido es excelente. Sin duda compraría otro modelo de IYV. Vengo a hacer actualización de la guitarra: Llevo más o menos 6 meses con la guitarra sigue siendo espetacular, solo he hecho un cambio de pastillas (micrófonos) por unos de más salida, en concreto el del mástil original es de 8k, reemplacé ambos por unos sin covers. Recomiendo que sí no tienes experiencia con puentes flotantes seas delicado con este, el Floyd Rose special es muy bueno, no se desafina fácilmente, se siente bien hecho, yo al ser mi primer Floyd le di fuerza demás y terminé partiendo unos de los saddles, son fáciles de reemplazar pero algo delicados. Lo digo y lo mantengo, volvería a comprar IYV en cualquier modelo, es una muy buena marca, en especial si sacaran este mismo pero en otro color.

I will be posting some photos soon... but let me just stop anyone who says this guitar "needs work" to be good enough. I own over 12 IYV branded guitars, and let me just tell you something that you may not know... The company IYV have been building guitars in Vietnam since 1994. It is owned by a Korean man and all of the parts are sourced from Korea. There is no Chinese cheap crap on these guitars. All of the hardware is sourced from Korea which makes pretty decent hardware these days and is the same stuff youll find on most guitars under $1000. IYV only started putting their name on the headstocks around 2015. Before that, and still to this day, IYV builds guitars for many well known brand names. This black guitar with the Floyd Rose Special bridge might look familiar to some people and thats because they have been building it for a long long time, under a different brand name. It's actually an LTD with a few changes. Not make people know how much experience and worldwide brand name guitars IYV builds. That is why the price is so good for a guitar that is of this caliber. I don't care if you're buying a $3000 Fender or Gibson, or a $1000 Epiphone, or a $200 IYV or Monoprice... ALL, I repeat, ALL guitars need a proper setup from the factory. In the case of the more expensive guitars like a Gibson or Fender, the seller/store/retailer usually does a quick setup for the buyer. It doesn't take long when you've been setting up guitars for years. I have friends that work in music stores that can do a decent setup and intonation check in 20 to 30 minutes. Amazon is not equipped to do setups. They buy Fender guitars direct from Fender and sell them as-is with no check-over or setup. This is why if you look at the Fender reviews on Amazon, for guitars like the Mexican made Stratocaster, youll see setup snobs blaming fender for not setting up their guitars. Think people! It matters where you buy them! Anyway Im getting carried away.. I will be doing a full review with photos on this ILP-400FR soon and will update it. SO far so good. Its unreal to me that you can get this much guitar for such little money.

Overall perfection!!! Great sound quality and build of an electric guitar! This will not let you down for what the price is, which I got at 209. Floyd Rose makes it even better with this guitar, also. Easy to play, it is a bit on the heavy side, but the sound makes up for it.
