If you're ordering this, it will be because you've lost or broken the one that came with your TV :( This does everything the old one did, with no snags. However, before you order, make sure yours is really broken ... it may just need repairing with the TV, and not a new remote!

Did not work with my Samsung TV ...contacted seller who asked for my model of TV which was given and never heard anything back

It works!!! I definitely recommend.
I was so worried to buy it in case it won't work. It is almost as the original one. Works very well.

Not connecting
This controller does not work properly. The wand aspect (point and click) doesn’t work, you have to use the buttons to get round the page. Also it doesn’t connect with the virgin, after several attempts to connect it. Seems faulty.

Just like the one originally packed with the t.v.
Clean shipment. Works just like the one lost. Not sure but I think response time is a bit slower-- you can barely notice it. Mic works just fne.
