These shoes are great! So pretty and fit to size. I first ordered a pair a half size bigger than I wear because I worry they will rub the back of my ankle. The 8 1/2 was too large. Wide and too long. I have an average size 8 foot, not narrow, not wide. After ordering two pairs of these too big I ordered a pair size 8. When they arrived they went right on, so comfy. No rubbing on the back of my ankle, nice cushion in the foot bed. These fit like a glove, no slipping and no cramped toes. I don't believe there is arch support but they are flats. These seem so well made, great materials and the little chain detail on the toe is really pretty. Can wear these for dressy or casual. These flats are worth buying and they will fit your true size. I'm about to have them in three colors.

I love these shoes! The padding is amazing and I can walk around in them all day without feeling pain in my feet. Sometimes the heel digs in a little bit, but a quick adjustment of the little socks I wear with them fixes that immediately! I’ve had them for a few months now and wear them every day to work. They are holding up beautifully, especially for someone who is clumsy. Would definitely recommend.

These little flats are very comfortable, i have a very narrow heel and have a hard time finding something that doesn't go up and down. The reinforcement around the heel keeps it snug. They're easy to wipe clean. I would've given these a 5 star, but, the toe area is very narrow. I would've ordered up 1/2 size.

Love these shoes. Super comfy, nice quality, easy to clean. These go well with most outfits. Love the gold embellishment on top.

These shoes are really cute and fit comfortably. My only problem with them is that they squeak badly when walking or simply moving your feet in them. The squeaking for me is annoying.

To be honest, I have not had much luck ordering flats. Every pair that I ordered, I had to return because they were uncomfortable or they didn’t look the same as advertised or the sizing was off. But when this pair came, I was incredibly pleased. They fit perfectly. They’ve got cushion inside which makes them incredibly comfortable and they are even prettier than the picture.

I love these flats they are very comfortable I was worried that they would hurt my feet because they didn’t come in wide width for my bunion but I ordered them anyway in nude, I was so pleasantly surprised they are comfortable and look so cute, I decided to order them in black as well

Love the look of these flats. You can dress them up or wear them casual. When I first put them on they were super comfortable. Wider fitting which was good for me as I have a wide foot. After wearing for about an hour my feet started hurting. I put a sponge like band aid at the top of shoes under toes as I felt the opening at top of shoe digging into my toes. It was better but I think as the night went on the shoes started to take shape to my feet & stretched out. The inside has a memory foam so very comfortable. Glad I bought these. I just hope they don’t continue to dig into my toes. Overall great buy & would recommend them

Nice, comfortable shoes. Well made, and the insole is soft. Fits a bit small so a 1/2 size up would help but full size would be too much. Very pleased with their look as well.
