I purchased these for the same reason as the other needles I reviewed previously and they have worked exactly as expected. The size and gauge matched the description and they fit properly with the syringes I use. Each needle arrived individually sealed which is important for sterility and safety. So far I have not had any issues with defects, bending, or leaks. The quality has been consistent across the pack and they have performed the same as what I had previously been receiving from the pharmacy. If you are looking for dependable needles for dispensing or similar use, these have been reliable and have done the job without any problems. When my cat was prescribed fluids for her CKD, we were sent home with 18 gauge needles from the vet. I quickly realized that these were too big for me, who has a fear of needles, to comfortably and confidently use to give my cat her subQ fluids. So, I bought these 20 gauge ones, and they are perfect! A bit smaller, so a noticeable difference when poking the needle, and it still only takes 4-5 minutes tops to give her 100ml of fluids. Completely worth it! The subQ fluids has been much more positive with a slightly smaller needle. These are very sharp, and thus easily pierce the skin.

This product is great to put on your disposable syringe to put meds in it.. sterile, no leakage, safe to use, has a cap on it to dispose the needle. Sturdiness

I have to inject myself regularly with medication and these needles are very price-friendly. The packaging on the needles themselves and on the box says they are STERILE and I choose to believe this-- I haven't had any issues in using them for a couple of months with sterility or infection. However, a few needles are poorly made/tooled, and it's random. For the first month, about half of them were very painful and felt dull to shove into my skin, and the other half were a little bit rough (compared to the needles I can get Rx at Walgreens), but much easier. After those two or three were revealed, I haven't had many uncomfortable ones, so the ratio of bad needles might be something like 1:5 or 1:10. I don't know who's in charge of the QC process but clearly they are not as rigorous as they should be. These needles work just fine for subcutaneous injections, if you can just deal with a bit of discomfort from a dull needle, no problems, and the price is fabulous. I might buy another box of these just to be stocked up.
